Located in the heart of downtown Woodstock you'll find Prime 120, the southeast's premier prime steakhouse. This is a perfect destination for your special occasion. Guests will be wowed whether sitting at the bar while their favorite crafted cocktail is created by one of our talented bartenders, dining in our elegant dining room or on our spacious patio, with a new beautiful outdoor bar, by the 20 ft. stone fireplace. Our partnership with Farmers & Fisherman allows us to provide our guests the best steaks in the country and the freshest fish available. Chef William Sigley has created a menu that truly celebrates the essence and flavors of the meats that are finished off in our Mugnaini wood ovens. Our private dining room, featuring a stone fireplace, is available for parties up to 30 and other options for large groups are available. Brunch served Saturdays and Sundays 11am-3pm.

I took my wife here for the first time, and we loved the tomahawk steak cooked medium rare. We also got a loaded baked potato to share. The drinks, food, and service were all amazing but pricey.

This was our second time at prime in both times our servers seemed as if they didn’t want to be there and weren’t very attentive.

Prime 120. Formerly Firestones Italian. Much better when it was Firestones. Went there on Halloween night. We’re there for two hours and only three other tables were filled with guests the entire time. Now I know why . They didn’t really know how to serve beef .The two of us ordered the made at table Caesar salad which was a nice presentation, although the house made dressing was not enough for the salad, so a little dry. Waitress never offered any bread, that showed up in the middle of the main course. So before we finished the salad , here comes the entree. We ordered the filet mignon 6oz for her, 8oz for myself , and shared a 1 pound baked potato loaded. My first bite into the filet was disastrous. They had loaded the filet with so much salt, you could start an ocean. I guess they train their chefs that salt equals flavor, but not if you know what you are eating. Hers was just as bad. Then the bread arrived. From where we sat , you could see the chefs making the steaks and every se observed them making we saw had 3/5 sprinkles of salt on each order. You need to let the meat breathe and speak on its own if you are truly serving “prime and dry aged” entrees of steak. Too much salt makes the meat mealy. Light salt and pepper is all that’s needed If at all, their steaks are drowned in sodium, definitely don’t order the larger portions because of extreme disappointment . Please dont go unless you don’t really know or care about any of this . And the bill was over $250 for the smallest amount of beef offered, and the rest as described. Just go to longhorn.

We visited Prime 120 for our anniversary and it was a truly fantastic experience! It was our first time there, and we couldn’t have asked for a better evening. From the moment we walked in, the friendly faces made us feel welcomed and celebrated. The ambiance was perfect—comfortable, beautifully decorated, and with just the right background music. Our server was attentive and incredibly kind, making sure everything was just right throughout the meal—she really made our evening. The steak was cooked to the perfect temperature, and each bite was more delicious than the last. Prime 120 made our special night memorable, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Excellent service (thank you Peter!) and food. Steaks, burger and oysters were all delicious. Loved my birthday dessert.

Over priced for the mediocre quality food and ambiance was terrible. Did not care for sitting in a boring white room staring at animal heads hung on the wall while I was eating steak. Piece of meat plopped down on big white plate with no garnish which would have cost pennies to offer a more appealing experience. I indicated that we were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary when I made reservations with no acknowledgement. Take a page out of Buckhead Life’s playbook and do better.
