Best dining experience! I went with my boyfriend and we both fell in love with this restaurant. The staff is very welcoming and attentive. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The manager stopped by our table to check in and he was so kind. They even accommodated our special request. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking for great food and top notch hospitality.

From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, we were treated with care. All questions were answered adjustments were no issue and the food was delicious! All restaurants should be this way!

Restaurant week lunch was ok. Two diners had Caesar salad & one baked clams. Branzino with vegetables & 2 sirloin steaks (extra $) were ok. I was hoping for a more tasty meal Service ok. Hoping for better.

We went to the restaurant for restaurant week. The lunch was not shown on a separate menu, however the manager showed us where we could find the lunch. Price showed as $36 dollars but the advertising was for $24 dollars. Our waitress had an attitude from the start and let us know the dessert was not included. The food was good, bordering on excellent. At the end of the meal we both asked for coffee, which we expected to pay for. We sat for a long time as we couldn't find our waitress anywhere. We asked the greeter to find the waitress or the manager. We waited another 10 minutes and the greeter gave us the bill. It was incorrect! I called the manager over. The bill was the $36 each of us instead of $24. I said to the manager if you had a separate lunch menu for Long Island restaurant week your staff wouldn't have made this mistake. I own a business and know my customers are always right! Instead this man decided to argue with me. The end result is the food at Prime 1024 is good, but not worth the agreviation of the management and staff! I'd rather go to Opus or Rothman's where we are treated well. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant!

You see food images on Instagram, and how mouthwatering are they? The food presentation and taste are just like that at Prime 1024. Very fancy yet delicious.I have become a big fan of the quality of the ingredients. Very fresh and aromatic. A must-try if you haven't ,different from the ones you'll have somewhere else. There are many such restaurants, but Prime 1024 is the obvious winner!

Our experience is always amazing. The service is impressive, the ambience is beautiful, the drinks were delicious and the food is always absolutely amazingly delicious. Our server was Edison and he was very polite, very knowledgeable and my absolute favorite person there.
