Primal Steakhouse exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the rustic ambiance and attentive service set the tone for a fantastic dining experience. The steaks were cooked to perfection—tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The quality of the meat was outstanding, and the sides complemented the meal perfectly. If you're a steak lover looking for a premium dining experience, Primal Steakhouse is a must-visit! Ask for Domenic, he was a fantastic waiter.

The very expensive steak was so under-cooked it had to be sent back. Then it came out way over done. Disappointing. The ambience was kitschy but the service was good. However, I don’t think l’ll be going back.

I get the medieval vibe...I understand wanting the dining room to seem candlelit... But OMG I need to tell you the fake flickering candle lights are killing the restaurant. The food is SO GOOD but I couldn't stay long because I actually started to feel like I was going to have a seizure or something because of the flickering lights in the main dining room. Because they're so fake they do nothing to enhance the actual ambience. I strongly recommend correcting the lighting in the dining room area. It's unbearable. Meanwhile.. Again... The food was excellent and the service was great. The lighting seems so very fixable.

Andi was outstanding...Giovanni visited our table and was very welcoming...ALL SERVERS made us feel like they WERE REALLY HAPPY we were there...then there are the cocktails...THAT SANGRIA was pretty danged good and the VIKING PUNCH, delish...the OLD FASHIONED, PERFECTION...from the BONE MARROW to the BREAD AND BACON SPREAD we were amazed at the flavor, the dessert (APPLE CHEESECAKE SET AFIRE) was over the top...BUT! BUT!!! THE STEAK WAS SO SO GOOD....too often a rare plus comes out like medium rare pink...THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!!!! the flavor, fresh and yummy, the peppercorn on the side for an occasional dip, so butter tender and DELICIOUS...(we had the 32 oz tomahawk which was PLENTY for 2, brought home leftovers) we WILL BE BACK!!!

The bone marrow appetiser and the bacon jam on sourdough were absolutely amazing. The steaks were perfect and the cocktails were absolutely perfect. Service from all staff was first class. One of our favourite ever dining experiences
