We had an amazing time at Primal however we sadly had to cut it short as I was unwell. Hoping to go there again before we head home, so we get to enjoy the full experience.

Please note that we came to Vegas 2/23 for my sons 21st and at the recommendation of a Colleague, came to Primal for dinner. That night they were on point. The food, the service, it was all 10 out of 10. My wife and I are back and we booked a table and this time, they missed. I like my steaks rare, and usually I get them hot, but still very red in the middle. This time my steak was cold; and while tasty; it was still cold. My wife ordered the sea bass and her dish was as she put it, average. Our server, Parker, was very attentive to all of our needs and was expeditious in getting our drinks, our food orders and our food to the table. Will I go back? Absolutely as I’ll take this as a one off; but last night, they were off their game.

Very good serving staff, very friendly and helpful. Food was a little disappointing. Steak was tough - grisley not a prime cut. Side dishes were good, desert was very good. Ambiance is nice. Not my first choice for dinner in the future.

Steak was so flavorful. I had porterhouse, my wife had filet. Appetizer was beef carpoccio and was so delicious and tender. Quatro leches cake for dessert. Also delicious. Our server, Michael, was super knowledgeable and friendly.

Great food and awesome staff. Cool atmosphere. Prices on the high end but quality is excellent. I got the elk ribs and they were phenomenal and my girlfriend got the aged steak very good.

The entire staff at Primal were incredibly gracious and kind, but Derrick is by far the best server I’ve ever had at a restaurant before. Extremely nice, warm, and gave us all an incredibly memorable experience. On top of that, the food was FANTASTIC. Every dish our party ordered was cooked perfectly and tasted so good we couldn’t choose a unanimous favorite. I’ll be recommending Primal to anyone and everyone I can, and I’ll definitely be coming back in the future.

Probably the worst meal I’ve had in quite a while. The delmonico steak was shared but was not cooked medium rare as requested. It was cold on the inside indicating it hadn’t been brought to room temperature. The accompanying lobster tail was cooked but also served cold and was smothered in some sort of cream sauce that had no flavor. The au gratin potatoes were also sub standard for an alleged high-end steakhouse. We had an espresso martini at the bar which was very good but a second one requested at the table had to be sent back as it tasted terrible and had no froth. Needless to say we didn’t chance dessert. Very poor effort. The service and ambience were the only shining lights.
