My family and I dined here on a Tuesday afternoon. Our reservation was at 9 pm and we arrived 10 mins after. Everything was good at first with the service. We ordered our appetizers and drinks first. this is when it starts going down hill…our appetizers took 30 minutes to arrive (we didn’t mind as much at the time). We then had to have a different server hunt down our server Parker to place our entree order in. Our main courses were placed at 9:50pm. 50 minutes had past since placing our order and we still did not have our food nor did our server check on us once during those 50 minutes. because of this, We decided to ask for the manager. The manager did his best to make us feel like he was rectifying the situation which we appreciated. The manager then comes back and says there was an issue with one dish(the chicken) and that’s why there was a hold up. unfortunately there’s no excuse for the fact that we were there for two hours waiting for food. this is why automatic tips should not be included in people’s tabs. the server took advantage of that. we will not be back.

Well Maya, I had to look into this based on your review and, feel free not to return we would rather not have guests like you in the establishment. You failed to note that you called three times to shuffle your reservation time and were accommodated and then proceeded to show up a half hour late. When seated Parker, one of the kindest most professional servers in the city engaged you told you all about the menu and then said he would be right back to get your order. Parker stepped away from your table and you snapped your fingers repeatedly and called him from across the room, who the hell does that and who taught you your manners? My manager went out of his way to try to appease, feel lucky you meet him and not me, you'd have been thrown out of the Resturant on the finger snaps. Chad

I was excited to come here to celebrate my birthday after reading the great reviews online. Unfortunately it was a let down, especially the food. The filet was overly salty and served on a room temperature plate, the bread with cheese baked inside had a very strange taste. The staff did a good job of making me feel celebrated, however. That said I would not come here again.

We made a mistake on made a reservation for the wrong day, when we arrived they were able to take our reservation . Service and food excellent, we will be back!

Heard this was the "best restaurant in Vegas", but fell short on just about all levels. The "theme" was interesting, but everything looked orange. Arrived 15 mins early, table not ready until 30 mins after our reservation...so we sat around for 45 minutes. Not good table management. Appetizer shrimp was good, but a bit bland. Asked for medium well Filet, but came out Well done. They re-did, but came out rare in middle. Delmonico was tough to cut with a steak knife and had a lot of gristle in the meat. Brussel Sprouts were good. Service was also VERY SLOW. Took us 2 hours and a lot of waiting. Never even really knew who our waiter/waitress was. Had probably 3-4 people stop by during our meal. The high point was they kept our water glasses full....otherwise definitely did not live up to the hype. Definitely not somewhere I would go back to.

This place has incredible decor service and food. The manager Tiny is great as we’re all the staff. Could not have asked for a better birthday dinner for my mom!

We had an amazing experience! The only complaint we had was that we should have been told that gratuity was already included in the bill. We noticed it at the last minute after signing. We assumed that a party of 4 wouldn’t have gratuity included. Other than that, it was an amazing meal and amazing environment!

Primal kitchen was outstanding. From the moment we walked in the decor and ambiance were amazing, the service was excellent, the drinks were great. The overall presentation of drinks and food was so cool. We had appetizers, steaks and dessert, and our table of 4 all agreed this was one of the best meals we have ever had. Can’t say enough about Primal, we will absolutely be coming back and telling all our friends about it.
