The weight staff was very pleasant, the food was good. Some of the younger weight staff asked if we wanted to have our plates cleared a little too often.

Service was great, food was great. Don’t love they automatically include 18% tip (I usually do 20 ) if service is good. I want to decide. But I understand there are some hard working wait staff and people are not always thoughtful on that front.

The service was below par. Our server had a large table with whom she spent most of her time. Meanwhile, the other server in the room had three tables, couples and managed to spend plenty of time with each. We had long waits to get the server's attention and to get what we asked for. Nonetheless, I tipped her extra in addition to the 18% automatically applied tip because I didn't necessarily consider it entirely her fault. More like poor managing of table assignments. Speaking of which, the 18% automatic and the credit card charge. Both outrageous. Plenty of equally as good or better steakhouses that do neither of those. Won't be back.

Food and service was exceptional. However we were seated in the bar area with TVs and very bright lights above the bar that ruined the elegant atmosphere we expected. Next time we will request not to be seated in the bar area.

It was my birthday and I thought this would be a special treat. I had made reservations on OpenTable. The person at the reception desk along with the hostess were not very friendly, even though we had reservations. I ordered the fillet trio medium and it was good, but did not arrive piping hot. My husband ordered a burger, Wagyu Wagyu, beef wag, and it was overcooked. Our waitress never came back to the table to see how things were. In addition, even though there were two of us 18%, was added to the bill as a tip along with a charge for using a credit card. Very disappointed! It seems as though no one was happy to be working there. My husband and I used to go to the Bogarts restaurant that was previously in that location and loved it!

We had been looking forward to dining there but were extremely disappointed. The food was so salty it was barely tolerable. The filet was cooked as requested but not a high quality meat. I did not finish the French Onion soup or eat the sautéed mushrooms because of the high levels of salt. My family found that unusual because I am usually salting my food. The bread and butter were good and so was the calamari and the Old Fashion drinks.

Our server Joel was extremely helpful and attentive, will ask for him next visit for sure. Food was outstanding, possibly best prime rib I've had.
