Very disappointed. I have been going to this location for over 5 years and always reserved a booth. This time I reserved a booth over a month in advance. When I got there, there was a wait about a 30-40 minute wait, which I totally understand. My problem is that when I went to get seated they did not sit me at a booth, which we were walked past an empty booth and sat at a table. I advised the person sitting us down that we have specifically requested a booth like we always do, but upon walking back to that booth another couple was getting seated in the empty booth. A couple that was not waiting nearly half as long as we were. She spoke to the manager Laura, which was extremely rude and frantic clicking around on the computer. You could see that one of the other employees made a mistake with our seating but Laura then stated “oh I can’t I can’t they been booked since over a month ago” and then mumbled some words while waving her hands around. I stood there confused and embarrassed, due to the fact that I had reserved over a month ago and because Laura would not look at me or give me any explanation and then walked away. Her attitude was horrible and very ignorant and then we were walked back to the table without anyone informing me us why. I had to ask the employee again: “ so we’re not getting the booth we reserved? And she simply replied no my manager won’t let me. She appeared to be embarrassed over Laura’s reaction. I have been going to this steakhouse for 5 + years now and every time Laura is there, there is some kind of issue. It’s a shame one bad employee with a poor attitude can ruin such a special moment or would be special moment. On our way out after dinner I asked for Laura’s name and the employees stated that I was not the first to experience this with Laura. I am not one to leave bad reviews because I understand people have bad days, but this is a common occurrence with her. I hope that someone reads this review and this issue with Laura is rectified.

Enjoyed New Year’s eve dinner at Primal Cut! Outstanding experience! Fantastic service, food, drinks, and atmosphere! We indulged in a couple old fashions and a lemon drop, which were perfectly crafted! We started with the Main Lobster Bites which were fresh and exquisite, highly recommend! Then we ordered the bone-in Ribeye which was phenomenal (prepared medium and it was perfectly prepared! The bone-in ribeye is my go to cut and I have had it at many restaurants across the country, and Primal Cut’s stands out as the best I have ever eaten, so tender it melted in my mouth!), the loaded potato with bacon, the lobster bisque (incredible), and their super flavorful crab and lobster alfredo all of which were excellent! Can’t wait to go back!

We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with a quiet dinner. The steaks were excellent and the service was outstanding! Our server's name was Trisha and she was so nice and attentive, took pictures of us and even purchased our dessert out of her own pocket! This was our first time dining there and we would recommend checking it out!

First time there and we will be back!! The service was incredible! Joel was our server and he was amazing! The food was so great and the desserts were unbelievable!! Definitely try the carrot cake or the the apple cobbler!! Love this place!

We had a reservation on Christmas Eve for 4 but ended up having a 5th. They worked around things to accommodate us. The food was fantastic and the service was excellent. I have been to some other high end steak places but this is by far the BEST! I highly recommend Primal Cut.
