Owned by a trio of talented chefs, the menus at Prima Italia were developed to offer patrons authentic, contemporary Italian cuisine. The highest quality raw ingredients, such as eggs from Happy Egg based in Rogers, AR, who also supply Michelin starred restaurants in New York and Los Angeles, are used to create fresh pasta daily. The pasta is made using equipment by Imperia & Monfeṙṙina imported directly from Asti, Italy. Breads are sourced locally from Harvest Moon Bakery.

We are excited for Fort Smith to experience our cuisine in this beautiful space!

    Service, food, drinks, and company were top notch. We always enjoy Prima. We had a lovely dinner on the patio prior to attending the Fort Smith Symphony. The staff was great to get us taken care of within the timeline we had with our following event.

    Prima Italia!!! Very Good!! Vincent was a fantastic waiter! We read reviews of Prima Italia and Vincent has received rave reviews- we are so glad we had him for our waiter as he really is exceptional !!! From the moment he told us his name to the end of our meal he was attentive, courteous and treated us as if we were the only two in the room - which we weren’t he had several tables inside and even outside - wish we lived closer- the food was so very good - thank you chefs! The crab cake pepin . Wedge salad - eggplant parmigiana - lobster ravioli - and cheesecake were all top notch! Thank you also to Mike the manager who came over to see how we were doing - thank you Vincent for making our experience with Prima Italia one we will never forget - YOU are the best!!

    Food and service is outstanding. Atmosphere is a bit noisy for a quiet personal dinner but that is due to the clientele present at the time.

    Prima Italia is by far the best restaurant in Fort Smith, hands down. The food is delicious, great choices from an eclectic menu. The chefs create wonderful dishes with perfect portions. The ambiance of the restaurant is conducive to an enjoyable experience. On top of all this , our server VINCENT is the finest you’ll find ANYWHERE. He is friendly, attentive to your needs, knowledgeable about all the items on the menu. We had another fantastic dinner last night! Thank you to all for making us completely satisfied

    Food and service was good. Its our 2nd time eating there. Unfortunately some of the foods that we liked from the first time we went was taken off the menu. Does offer much to choose from for the main meals. If you want to go for drinks and nice atmosphere. That is definitely the place to go. But as for main menu and the small portions you get is truly disappointing. Unfortunately again we won't be back. I hope nothing but success for this restaurant. Thank you.
