Press Club is a record bar and cocktail lounge with a focus on the curation of guest experience and providing maximum levels of hospitality. The name is an homage to DC while also evoking the pressing of records and the ingredients used to craft our cocktails.

Our Playlist Experience is a four course cocktail tasting flight featuring culinary techniques and seasonal ingredients. Each cocktail will be paired with accompanying snacks from our kitchen.

Our standard reservations are for an a la carte experience featuring our cocktails and izakaya bites.

To reserve for parties of 6 or more, please email us as hospitality@pressclubdc.com.

The standard duration of this experience is one hour and thirty minutes. This time has been carefully chosen to accommodate the full range of our delicious cocktails and unique ambiance.

Very attentive to detail and our group had the best time. They were attentive without being overbearing. Drinks were wonderful, unique, food is more snack like and not full meal type but you really come here for drinks but the food was good. Def coming back soon!

Fantastic new spot! Cocktails with a twist and delicious bites. It's a little on the pricey side, but it's still an absolute treat.

This place was well worth the anticipation of our visit. I made a reservation a month in advance, and the effort proved delightful. Upon entering, I was captivated by the unique decor—authentic records line the walls, creating a nostalgic and vibrant atmosphere. The intimate space accommodates about 20 guests, adding charm and exclusivity. The customer service here is exceptional; the staff goes above and beyond to ensure a fantastic experience. Although we didn’t try the food during this visit, the delightful aromas wafting from the kitchen made my mouth water and hinted at the delicious offerings we’ll have to explore later. However, I was disappointed with their version of the Manhattan—it's made with cognac, which didn't work for my taste. On a brighter note, my old-fashioned was fantastic, boasting a fresh and smooth flavor that stood out beautifully. Overall, it's a fun and lively venue, but I found the music too loud for such a cozy setting. Despite that, I enjoyed my time here and would love to return for another visit!

Great ambiance and perfect date spot. Would definitely return. Flavors were awesome, definitely get a few apps/dessert!

First off, we were running 20 minutes behind for our 8pm Saturday reservation. About 7:50, when it was clear our dinner was progressing far too slowly, I messaged the bar through this app. They responded and were AOK with our running late. We really appreciated their flexibility, especially on a Saturday night. Anyhow, on to the drinks and small bites that were part of the “playlist” experience. 4 creative and well executed cocktails perfectly paired. They accommodated our pescatarianism and a nut allergy no questions asked. Small space and they seem to pretty much operate on a reservation only basis. Cool Unisonian interior decor. Great music (a mix of the Roots, OutKast, and some 70s disco). Staff was awesome. Each was friendly and professional and good at what they do. We’ll be back.
