Prejean's Restaurant is a one-of-a-kind dining experience. Little Al, our 8-foot stuffed gator to welcome you to our warm, friendly, and casual atmosphere. Mouth watering Char-Grilled Oysters served up with a bowl of one of our Signature Gumbos or maybe a perfectly cooked juicy Steak are just some of our menu offerings that are sure to delight.

After 40 years of ownership under the Guilbeau Family, Prejean’s started a new chapter in November 2020! New owners Tim Metcalf, Greg Metcalf, & Ken Boudreaux bring a combined 75+ years of restaurant experience & a new attitude to the iconic Prejean’s Restaurant.

Busy night and possible things weren’t as good as normal. Everything was just ok. Server worked hard and had a great attitude.

We chose to sit out by the live music. So loud and fun!! Food was amazing and rich. Server was great!

Our ticket got lost, so we waited longer than usual for our food. Once we got it, it was delicious.

Four of us ordered the 14oz choice ribeye. We had so many tendons in the meat it was inedible. The meat was not choice. I will not order the steak again. I had better steak in a Golden Corral.

Food was delicious and came out in a reasonable time period. Crab cakes and eggplant dishes were outstanding, as were sauces. Shrimp trinity also outstanding. Smoked bourbon old-fashioned drinks were the best some in our party ever had. You really can't miss on most of the dishes on the menu. Our waitress was sweet, efficient and professional. Perfect combination of attentive and unintrusive. We thoroughly enjoyed our couples dinner.

Our group of 6 really enjoyed New Year’s Eve at Prejean’s in Broussard! It’s a hidden gem right off of Hwy90! The cocktails were great, oysters were large and delicious. We all had different entrees and all enjoyed them so much. Service was great and I love the Cajun decor!

Appetizers: Brussels sprouts were fantastic! Entrees: Seafood platter, seafood gumbo, ahi tuna with mashed potatoes were winners!
