    The service here and ambience was amazing. We got very refreshing cocktails, the baklava which was amazing and the omelet

    Came at 9pm and felt like we were rushed to eat our food so the next course can come out rather than just bringing it out. Food was okay.

    I had dinner with some former coworkers here last night. We got an opportunity to do some girl gossip, catchup, and try (for them) the restaurant about which they’d heard a lot of buzz. This was probably my 9th or 10th time eating here since they opened. I tend to come here more for dinner than any other meal, and the food is consistently OUTSTANDING! The Caspar restaurant group really knocked it out the ballpark with the menu, food, and ambience… and like their other restaurant Casa Cami, they elevated the mocktail game in Tampa. Where I think they need to up their game is probably in the staff training. When it’s on, it’s awesome. When it’s bad, it’s disappointing, especially at this price point. We ordered a few appetizers to share and each ordered our own entrees. I had asked our waitress if it was possible to substitute the beans in my scallops dish (AMAZING) because I wanted a low carb meal <- emphasis on substitute. She recommended switching it out with carrots or the Brussels sprouts, and I chose the latter. When my meal came, the beans were still there … and then a few seconds later, a full sized side order of Brussels sprouts arrived. After our food arrived, she came to refill our water and left so quickly that I didn’t have time to ask what happened, especially since the restaurant started to fill up. When I received the bill, i noticed that she had just added a side order to my order. What frustrates me wasn’t the cost since I know waiters are pressured to do the upsell, but I resent not being warned of either an upcharge or that I’d be paying for an additional side, when I clearly asked her about ingredient substitution. Do mistakes happen? Of course they happen, but it becomes less acceptable when you’re being asked to pay $45 for a dinner entree on a Tuesday night.

    Food was SO over priced for what you get. Absolutely lackluster and flavorless meal. Unfortunately not worth a return visit.

    Interesting and varied menu. Fun, especially with more than two. John was very informative about the menu, wines and liquor.Lovely decor and beautiful bar.

    There is a dress code. Don’t buy what the front desk says. Slacks inside, shorts outside. Just say that pls and expectations are met. Nice place; great service; great location.

    Food was unique, but small portions and high prices. Dinner for two with less expensive wine was over $250.00. Best part of the meal was the pita crispy dessert.
