Le chef Tom Gray fait désormais partie du quartier du centre-ville et de ses marchés avec son nouveau restaurant américain, le Moxie Kitchen + Cocktails. Deux fois nommé au prix James Beard, le chef et son équipe qualifiée favorisent une approche nouvelle et contemporaine, qui offre des inspirations créatives pour le dîner, le souper et le brunch du week-end. Le menu « saveurs américaines d'un côte à l'autre » apporte un style moderne aux plats classiques les plus populaires. Vous pourrez aussi déguster des cocktails artisanaux, des bières locales et une carte des vins de Californie. I've dined at Prati Italia several times and never disappointed. The staff has always been very friendly, courteous, and prompt. The food is delicious and the ambiance is nice. I love the round table booths, and I highly recommend Prata Italia!

We placed a main course order and within 10 minutes it was delivered to the table. I did not smell food cooking in the kitchen and we sat very close to the kitchen. Whatever they served was pre-cooked and warmed up upon order. I felt like they were saving money thru those orders. I would not eat at this place nor recommend. I spent $100 and left hungry. The desert was something from frozen box.

House salad is well above most. Ravioli is homemade and delicious. Service was so-so.

Amanda W was our server and she and her manager were very gracious. They were dealing with a power outage that occurred in that whole corridor of St John’s Town Center affecting all businesses around them as well as traffic lights. I had the Caesar Salad w a side of scallops and my friend enjoyed her scallops entree as well. They generously offered us 2 tokens to use for Happy Hour drinks in the future. Everything was perfect. They were closing early due to the power outrage as we left. I want to thank them for honoring our reservation at 5 pm while dealing with the outrage. Please request Amanda W as your server when making a reservation. She was upbeat greeting us. Answered any questions we had about the menu and made sure everything arrived at the table just as we’d ordered it. Even the on duty manager stopped by the table to say hello. It was a very fun and enjoyable evening and the food was delicious. We felt appreciated and welcome and definitely will be back in the near future.

Our server, Tina, was outstanding! She anticipated our every need. We ordered 3 courses and they were perfectly paced.

We so love coming to Prati. From the wonderful greeting as we get there to being seated at the chefs table and then all of the staff that goes out of their way to make sure our night is wonderful. The food is absolutely delicious and consistent all the time.

The food is aways fantastic and this visit was no exception. The food was wonderful but our server was what made everything fantastic. She was a wonderful server and checked in with us at all the right times. She really made this visit fantastic.
