We waited an hour for our food, our waitress barely checked on us, and they were only about half full. When we finally got our food, it was all ice cold. We will not be back.

Think probably under staffed last night. Service was very poor from the server. She appeared to be tending the bar more than the tables. I went to the bar several times to be waited on. This is the first time this has happened with your establishment. Still one of our favorites and will continue to come back. Wish we could have had Londen as our server. She is really great. She has great customer service and attentiveness.

I went to Potosi Live for the all you can eat catfish & salad bar. We were promptly seated at a table. Colby promptly showed up at our table, took our drink order & returned with the drinks quickly. He asked what we'd be having & we answered with the all you can eat & he said to help ourselves & if we needed anything, just ask! The salad bar had fresh fixings. The catfish & green beans were a bit on the salty side but still delicious. The mashed potatoes were out of this world! I also got a Live Rita that was amazing! Great service, terrific food, and wonderful atmosphere!

Wonderful place! Plan on visiting a lot more! Food was perfect. Bartenders need a little training but we’re ok. Music by Southbound Band was amazing!!

We had a wonderful time , service is great and very professional especially with the floor manager who was very kind to us . We watch a soccer game , the food was amazing, ribeye so testy. Well it was a great moment with a lovely ext. thank you again . We will be back

Fantastic Evening! Great Food and Service. Entertainment was Excellent! We enjoyed the All you can eat Catfish and Salad bar! One of our guests ordered off the menu and it was delicious too! Will definitely be back!
