A Culinary Masterpiece Last night, my wife and I had the pleasure of dining at The Post hotel dinning room, and it was, without a doubt, the best meal I’ve ever experienced. From the moment I stepped into the restaurant, I knew I was in for something special. The atmosphere was both elegant and welcoming, with soft lighting and tasteful decor that set the tone for an unforgettable evening. The service was impeccable. Danielle, our server was knowledgeable and attentive, providing detailed descriptions of each dish. It was clear that the staff took pride in creating a dining experience that was more than just a meal—it was an event. Chef Hans prepared an eight course special menu featuring Wagyu beef locally grown in southern Alberta. I cannot put into words how magnificent each course was. The combinations of flavours in each dish was a culinary masterpiece. It truly was a tribute to the animal. Thank you to Chef Hans and his team for such an amazing dinning experience.

Amazing shrimp ceviche, (odd collection of flavor dots that blended into stunning flavors of lime and chiles for the shrimp), butter lettuce with mustardy dressing quite delicious… Good tuna main dish, but not a fan of the overwhelming sweet maple taste in the black cod marinade.. Overall, with such beautiful surroundings, fine music snd excellent servers, a great evening worth the trip…

Honestly delicious food and fabulous service! This is definitely a fine dining experience and a bit pricey but the food was faultless. An excellent display of Canadian produce, we tried the bison carpaccio and the elk both were very tasty! Also the berry crumble was delightful! Our waiter Jayce was really friendly and knowledgable of everything on the menu, he went above and beyond to make our dining experience enjoyable and without having to want for anything! This really was an excellent meal and experience

The Post Hotel Dining Room is an awesome place to eat. We have been going there for years and it is never a disappointment. The food is fantastic and the wait staff are outstanding. The hotel and all the amenities are top notch, the whole establishment is amazing.

We dined here for a special celebration. The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable, service was lovely. The tasting menu was delicious and nicely presented. We look forward to coming back.

Our experience for our anniversary dinner was exceptional. Our server Jay provided some of the best service we've ever experienced. Reid provided excellent service to us ensuring a wonderful evening. The food here is top notch, every dish was beautifully prepared and presented, and tasted amazing. Compliments to the kitchen who prepared such amazing cuisine. Thank you for having us we are sure to be back.
