From our greeting, escort to our table. The service was perfect, wine pairing was excellent and food just fantastic. By Far the best dinning experience in the Bow Valley!

Our dinner at the Post Hotel Dining Room was truly exceptional! I chose the 4-Course Prix Fixe Table d’Hôte Menu, starting with the Heirloom Tomato Buffalo (fresh mozzarella, basil, aged balsamic) followed by the perfectly cooked Pork Belly with a Thai marinade and delightful touches of pickled green apple and mango gel. The Veal Medallions were tender and flavorful, and the Mixed Berry Crumble with strawberry sorbet was the perfect sweet finale. My wife ordered à la carte, and every dish was as impressive as the last. The service, from the warm host to the attentive waiter, along with the cozy ambiance, made the evening unforgettable. Sorry, no pictures—we couldn’t wait to dig in! Highly recommend this place for a fine dining experience!

Wonderful experience to take my girlfriend for her bday on our Banff trip! Really helps to be staying at the hotel so you can order ala carte. Asked them to put Happy Birthday on the dessert plate and it came out beautifully. Loved that the ambience is so relaxing and quiet

I booked the Post Hotel Dining Room for my husbands 50th birthday dinner. The servers were very attentive. The food was amazing. The bartender mixed a couple drinks that were not on the menu and they were perfect. The attention to detail was impressive. Thank you for the experience!

Everything we ate was phenomenal. The wine list was expansive and had something for everyone. We will be back and can’t wait to stay at the hotel as well.

Our servers were great. Very helpful and friendly. The food was delicious. This is a premium place, with premium prices, so not an everyday adventure, but well worth it for special occasions. For oenophiles, the wine list is incredible. We really liked that there was a decent selection of half bottles too. I had all four courses from the menu. Left completely sated!
