A steakhouse: city vibe, local heart. Our menu is hand selected to feature locally and ethically sourced ingredients. Our head chef and owner Jason Carron has revolutionized the New England restaurant community for two decades. With his acute attention to detail, Carron has helped struggling restaurants find their purpose and passion, restoring their place in the industry. Having given hope to hundreds of restaurants over the years, Carron is opening his first steakhouse this spring, bringing that same level of attention to his own restaurant. Every ingredient is well thought out to innovate the plate with not only something aesthetically pleasing, but more importantly delicious. His farm to table approach, ensures the highest level of ingredients go into every meal you enjoy.

Please note our dress code: No gym wear, hooded sweatshirts, shorts, or ball caps are to be worn. All men are strongly encouraged to have a collar. No tank tops. Jackets are not required.

    The decor was spectacular, they did a great job. The noise level was unbelievable. My wife was sitting two feet from me and we had to scream to have a conversation. The dress code is business casual but there were some with shorts, sneakers and t-shirts. Our server was great at the beginning but she never checked on us to see if we needed another round of drinks or asked how the food was. I had to flag her down to send my steak back that I ordered medium but it came out medium rare. She was very specific when letting us know how the steaks are cooked so I was surprised that this happened. Was looking forward to dessert but decided to go elsewhere.

    Great food and service. Steak cooked perfectly. Dessert was great. Excellent wine list. Only negative was the noise level.

    Two of us sat outside on patio with a musician. Service was EXCELLENT. Cocktail selection very very good. Food selections were excellent. Food was great with maybe an exception for the appetizers. Calamari was very sweet and tuna tartare was average. NY strip and the sea bass were beyond EXCELLENT and so was our side veggie. Wine by the glass could be upgraded, but wine by the bottle was as good as it gets though pricey as it is with all restaurants. Dessert and coffee very good. Ambiance excellent. Restaurant is gorgeous. Overall just excellent. Okay let's get to the prices. This is not a budget-priced restaurant ... it is upscale! It is not cheap but I feel it was very worth it! (Anyone can check the menu prices before they go.) The all-in cost for food and cocktails was what I expected it would be. I drink good wine so my bill was higher. There is a new steakhouse in Boston where this meal would have been 3 X as high! (Many of you may know the one I am talking about.) Bottom Line: Will return and can recommend!

    First time visit the build out was beautiful. We had a great waiter CJ who Service was perfect Chef Jason. The owner came out to greet with us and it was great to meet him and the food was outstanding. Great visit. Hope to be back soon since I live close in Stoneham.

    We had an amazing dinner ! Service was great … the drinks were inventive and delicious and Brent at the bar made the most delicious espresso martini. It is pricey but no more than your typical High end restaurant and the meal was worth every penny. Definitely save room for desert because they were also creative and delish!

    Great steak , cheese bites, street corn (though asparagus was dull), desserts, cocktails, & selection of reasonably priced wines by the glass, and kind, attentive service. But the ambiance was compromised by how loud it was. We were seated at a table by the bar and there was incessant thumping music, which did not vary throughout the dinner, and we could hardly hear each other speak. Plus there was a prep area right behind my head where plates clattered loudly. I couldn’t hear the TV, which was good, but was puzzled why a Packers-Giants game was on that nobody was watching. When leaving we walked around other parts of the restaurant but the music was the same and only marginally softer. We will definitely try this restaurant again but beg you to turn down the volume and mix up the music.
