A steakhouse: city vibe, local heart. Our menu is hand selected to feature locally and ethically sourced ingredients. Our head chef and owner Jason Carron has revolutionized the New England restaurant community for two decades. With his acute attention to detail, Carron has helped struggling restaurants find their purpose and passion, restoring their place in the industry. Having given hope to hundreds of restaurants over the years, Carron is opening his first steakhouse this spring, bringing that same level of attention to his own restaurant. Every ingredient is well thought out to innovate the plate with not only something aesthetically pleasing, but more importantly delicious. His farm to table approach, ensures the highest level of ingredients go into every meal you enjoy.

Please note our dress code: No gym wear, hooded sweatshirts, shorts, or ball caps are to be worn. All men are strongly encouraged to have a collar. No tank tops. Jackets are not required.

Atmosphere is top notch. The main dining room was booked for a private event so we had to be seated in bar area. Tables were a bit tight, don’t plan on a large party if seated in this area. The food was phenomenal. Our waiter Sebastian was friendly, professional, and made the best menu recommendations. He was fabulous! This place is top tier!

Very good restaurant and just what Reading needs beyond pubs, pizza, and the like. It is a well decorated and comfortable setting that you would not recognize as a former post office. The food was very very good too. The salads were well sized, nice presentation, and layered with flavor. Same for the steaks - well seasoned, tender, full of great flavor. The "Cake" dessert was also decadent and delicious. Don't let me forget the cocktails which were fantastic. The bartender is a whiz when it comes to these. Do not miss out But... wow is it loud. The hard surfaces echo noise and the music (for some odd reason) was loud and thumping. We had to ask our waiter to repeat himself several times because we could not hear and we practically had to yell to have a conversation across the small table. The noise wasn't helped by an obnoxious party of 20 that was hooting, hollering, and whistling - and the staff nor the owner made attempts to quiet it. I would have thought the owner or GM would have checked on us at some point during our dinner, especially when they walked by and should have noticed my missing entree which had to be sent back to be cooked properly. Each of these counts was a little disappointing. To call yourself a high end steak house and charge at these prices I would have hoped the chef knows the difference between raw and medium rare. But once we got that rectified, the steak was fantastic. Yes, I'll go back with hopes it is a little more intimate and quiet next time and be happy to support a local business that makes excellent drink and food.

While we loved the vibe of this beautiful restaurant we felt rushed during dinner. Overall the food was good but a little overpriced for what we ordered we felt. It was our third time in and first time we ordered steak. It was cooked great but was a little fatty for filet. Our sever was very knowledgeable but we felt a bit rushed. I understand there is so many seatings and we did tip her nicely. We will be back I’m sure :)

The food and service were both phenomenal! We visited for our 4th wedding anniversary and sat at a booth in the bar. It was comfortable and lively, but not so loud you couldn’t carry on a conversation easily. The wine selection was excellent, and we highly recommend the Wagyu Dumpling shareable, the bourbon roasted carrots as a side, and “The Cake” for dessert. We both had steak for our meal . it was perfectly cooked and we recommend the sauce flight so you get to try 4 different enhancements!
