Poseidon garde 75% des places pour les clients sans réservation afin d'éviter les temps d'attentes trop longs. Toutefois, la disponibilité des grandes tables peut varier selon le jour ; merci d'appeler en avance pour les réservations de 7 personnes ou plus. Même avec une réservation au Poseidon, il est possible que vous ayez à attendre 15 petites minutes avant que votre table soit prête. Pourtant, vous éviterez complètement la liste d'attente pour les clients sans réservation, ce qui peut être considérable. Vous ne pourrez vous abstenir de retourner encore et encore à Poseidon pour découvrir le NautiBar extérieur, le bar intérieur « The World is Your Oyster », les soupers sur la terrasse couverte au Front Porch, les spectacles au Rooftop Bar, le magasinage au Coastal Provisions et le Town Park adjacent au bord de l'eau. Another great dinner at Poseidon. Barb was our waitress and was phenomenal! If you get the chance, ask to sit in her section - she’s the best!

Outstanding food and service. The blue crab dip was to die for. We both had the crab cake app and it was all crab meat and enough for me after the dip. We did each order the wedge. My husband loved it, I took mine home. Peach cosmos finished off my meal. A hidden gem.

We had 7:00 reservations so that we could be upstairs at 8:00 for the band. The food was good but we only ended up ordering appetizers and not dinner because the service was so slow. We didn't get upstairs to see the band until after 9:00 and still had to pay the full cover charge.

Our server was excellent. He was knowledgeable, helpful and funny. The menu was full of delicious choices. I had a hard time choosing.

Because we are locals we made reservations for early bird specials. My only complaint was that we had to ask for the early bird menu. In this economy, seniors are always looking for ways to save money and smaller portions. Either you have an early bird special or you don’t. That’s the deduction of one star. Food was excellent, service was excellent.

We were actually very disappointed. We had this reservation for over a week,. I had specified a low table indoors for 8. When we arrived they only had a high top table inside, or low table outside. What??? We had a specific reservation, and we are all seniors , with one person 86 y/o. They offered no apology. Once we were seated outdoors, food was average. Our waiter was good, but it's hard to make up for such a huge error. This had actually happened to us in the past at this restaurant, so to have it happen again is inexcusable. We won't go back.

Our dinners were wonderful. I had the baked cod, which I highly recommend. My husband had the prime rib and it was also good. I’m not a big fan of zucchini and squash so that was a big meh for that. The pickled beet salad was also a winner. I will definitely be back when I come back to HH.
