At Posa Ristorante, we take our time to source the best ingredients so we can craft outstanding and authentic Italian Cuisine; that means right down to the tomatoes in our sauce and the oil in our pans.

Our chefs come in at 7AM to turn hand-ground flour and farm fresh eggs into the pasta and pizza you’ll eat tonight. I kinda got the feeling they don’t love the gays. Last night was Valentine’s Day and every couple received roses at the end of their meal, but all we got was slow and inattentive service. Sad:( The food and cocktails were pretty good, but not worth the wait.

After almost 1.75 hours, we still had *no food* and had to leave for an event. We had 6pm reservations for 4, arrived at 5:45 and, after several wait staff saying our simple order was "in the window" for about 30 minutes, we had to leave. Granted, they didn't charge us for the drinks and 2 salads--but neither did they apologize or admit to what happened. A shame as the food might have been good--we went hungry and had dinner at home when we returned at about midnight. The worst dinner experience is a VERY long time. Certainly NOT willing to try this restaurant again.

Amazing from first bite to last! Food was superb, so many tastes bursting through. Best lasagna outside of home! Delicious drink specials. A wonderful evening!

Could not find 1 thing wrong with Posa. Food, service, all the staff......excellent. Will be back.

We absolutely love the restaurant, the food, and the people. However, the service has been quite slow for a long time. And the noise level at most of the tables is just too loud to talk to your dinner guest. We prefer outdoors in the summer where it’s easier to have a pleasant conversation. And sometimes prefer lunch in the winter when it’s not so loud.
