We went to Portofino for their Valentine’s Day event. Overall it took over 2 hours. Just to get appetizers took 30min. Service was extremely slow, and we were sitting in what seemed to be a poorly lit train station, with tables lined up like a cafeteria. When we finally got our food, the steak was cold. Sent it back and all they did was heat it back up, didn’t make a new plate which then left the sides cold. The intent was there, but believe they overbooked and shouldn’t have used the extra space. It was not worth the cost, as there are much better spots for the amount that was spent. Will not go back.

Had reservations which we were seated for. Waited 45 minutes to be offered a menu. When we arrived the place was practically empty, maybe 6 other tables occupied. Watched 4 other couples be seated, have their drink order taken, appetizers came out, while we were never even given a menu. Food was subpar. Staff were horrible. Would recommend Applebee’s, or even McDonalds, for a better experience with the same quality of food.

Overall was an amazing dinner took a little bit to get asked for drinks and most appetizers wer sold out but it was a 845 dinner and was very enjoyable

The reservation process was smooth and we were seated promptly upon arrival. The seating and tables were a bit “retro” but our server and food was excellent. Overall, the experience was very pleasant.

Waiter was phenomenal & food was good; however, my opinion, the costs were high for the area ($9 for a simple side salad, $15 for a slice of cheesecake with 3 blueberries and one piece of what seemed like a chopped piece of a strawberry). A nice treat but not a frequent spot for us, unfortunately.

We've been to Portofino on multiple occasions for different events (pre-Wedding event, Birthdays, dinners.) We have always been absolutely satisfied with everything from the Staff to the facilities to the meals. They have always excelled. I had the Roasted Garlic Lamb Rack which was cooked medium, and so tender that a knife might've been optional. The Sun-Dried Tomato Labneh (I have no clue what in this) was absolutely delightful with the Lamb. Such a tasty addition. Dessert was their infamous Portofino Chocolate Pearl. The fresh berries were such a treat during these early winter nights. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for fine food and a delightful dining experience.

We had the arancini, chicken portofino, and chicken riggies. Everything was quite delicious, the only thing we regret is not ordering the chicken parm because the marinara sauce with the arancini was absolutely amazing.
