As always I really enjoyed the quality of the cheeses, meats and accompaniments. Sadly, as we were under time constraints due to a private booking we could only just stay for the 2 hours before being asked to leave. Initially we were told we’d be able to finish our drinks outside or in the main restaurant, but this offer was rescinded when our 2 hour slot was finished - total lack on consistency. I was quite upset that despite asking for our water to be replenished 3 times it didn’t happen, and that we weren’t told that our final glass (served half an hour before our slot ended) would be our “final” drink. When we came to pay the bill at the time of leaving we weren’t allowed another top up, which is disappointing as we were tucked in a corner booth and often out of the staff’s eyeline. Although I have visited many times, it was the first time my friends had been. Their experience was tainted by inconsistent service - some of the other tables in the centre of the restaurant were given far more attention than our table, which meant that our glasses were empty more often than other people’s. Overall it was a pleasant experience though

Never been to such a place before, but I’m so glad I did. Nice and quiet at 7pm, and the restaurant is clean and tidy and the decor is lovely. Food was excellent - I was in cheese heaven! Got to try some meats and cheeses that I’d never usually go for, and I loved it all. The service was fantastic too. Everyone was so friendly and happy to help, and they knew everything about what they were serving. 10/10 will return.
