Second time I have visited here. First time we left after waiting for 90 minutes and still no food served. So decided to give it another chance for the lunchtime special. Except there wasn’t any steak on this menu so we ordered from the main menu. My steak was meant to come with eggs but came without. Desert included a shortbread biscuit but came without. We queried the bill as the price on the bill differed to what was in the menu. Staff were pleasant and friendly but we won’t be back as there’s nicer steak restaurants in the town.

Fab food, great service and a fun,lively atmosphere. We struggled to decide which restaurant to go to as they all looked good. Will have to try Saltwater and Fuego on our next trip ‘up North’.

Delicious lunch with family. The boys enjoyed their steak tartare with egg yolk and the girls enjoyed the smoked salmon and fish goujons. Lovely attentive waitress. The menu is on the pricey side but fine for a special occasion.

We ordered from Saltwater. The grilled prawns were exquisite as were the mussels. The service was impeccable. Porterhouse never disappoints.
