Calvin made our first experience at PLG memorable with excellent recommendations. Impeccable service by him and all staff we encountered. Amiable and formal in balance. Surpassed expectations. Corn meal fried oysters and blueberry corn salad were tasty starters. The sea scallops and monk fish were nicely prepared. Will return.

Port land Grill has stepped up its game. Now has USDA Prime beef, I had the ribeye and it was the best I've had in a while and I have experience in the restaurant business and know beef along with great atmosphere and knowledgeable wait staff are to find a better value. RJ

This is one of the best restaurants in Wilmington, it’s got a gorgeous outdoor space, the food is outstanding, and the wait staff is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. All steaks and some fish are wood fire grilled, always fresh, the sauces are amazing, and the desserts are wonderful (save room for the coconut cake.) They are very accommodating to gluten free needs.

We sat outdoors - the whole experience was lovely! We enjoyed the food, wine and staff. From beginning to end!

As always, impeccable service and out of this world delicious food! A bit noisier than we remembered but there was a large party seated next to us.

Service was very good, but good quality did not align with prices. The short ribs, apparently award winners on some occasions, and the caesar salad were ordinary. The scallops were good, with a nice charred taste, but they could have been more flavorful. The servers and host were excellent. Everyone was very attentive and made sure we had what we needed.

It was our first time dining at Port Land Grille and it was excellent. A beautiful setting, exceptional service, and the food was excellent. A great menu. We'll definitely dine there again.
