This is a private, exclusive dinning experience located in the heart of Bergen County that includes a 6 course Italian tasting menu set in a modern POP gallery setting. Our eccentric, boundry pushing menu changes every week and is based on availability and seasonality of specialized ingredients.
Pasta Making Class, Demonstration & Dinner

This is a hands-on, interactive experience class. You will be taught how to make hand-rolled semolina dough from scratch, then transforming that dough into amazing pasta including Cavatelli, Orecchiette, and fun other shapes! There will be a dinner to follow with the pasta we made and family style antipasto. It is a BYOB establishment, we recommend a nice red as nothing is better than making pasta and drinking wine. This is a Class not our traditional Supper Club, THANK YOU

What a fantastic evening. The food is incredible and complemented by the knowledge and warmth of the owner, chef and staff. It is a hidden gem and I highly recommend taking the time to seek this out, making a reservation and settling back for a wonderful evening.

A memorable evening with 4 of my colleagues. There's an interesting and diverse menu that's prepared perfectly with high quality ingredients, outstanding service that is knowledgeable, personable and efficient and a sense of excitement in the room as everyone knows they are experiencing something special. Will not hesitate to go back.

Such an unbelievable dinner and experience. Cannot wait to get a table again, such a unique idea. If you found this review, and looking for the most unique meal in park ridge, suggest this ! Everyone local , small plates but man I left full! Thank you !

I loved the experience, it was something so different than “normal” meal. Every course they brought out was explained, we liked we didn’t have to decide on what to order. I had a few dietary accommodations that I put in my reservation comments and they were able to tweek the dishes to make sure I could enjoy them. I will 100% go back again.
