Pompano Joe's takes tremendous pride in serving Gulf seafood to its guests. If it lives in the Gulf, you will most likely find it on our menu. Our seafood is delivered daily and it is handled with great care from the minute it arrives at our door to the time it arrives at your table. The location is great. Outside seating is best for a view of the Gulf of Mexico. The food is average but good.

I think I had very high expectations because many friends had spoken highly of this restaurant. However, I didn't find anything special about the food or the overall experience. It was just good. I don't know if I'll ever go back.

Shelby, out server, was fantastic. Food was excellent, a little pricey for some dishes compared to other restaurants, but overall a great experience!

It was ok. Food took quite a while to be delivered and was just ok. Service was great, very friendly. But probably wouldnt recommend for price and quality of food with all the choices.

We’ve been here many times But last night ended the visits for us. Crab claws appetizer keeps getting smaller. We compared pics of past visits to this one and the portion size was much less. To clarify we spread the claws out on a bigger plate to take the picture. I would have posted this but no Wi-Fi service is this place. I got the shrimp and fish combo and paid an up charge to get grouper. Got a really bad piece of fish. Second visit in a row that happened. They asked if they could recook me one and they did but it took over 35 minutes to get a fried piece of grouper. Wife got crab legs and those were really good. Our waitress at times was great but when she got a big table our service went south in a hurry. Waiting another 30 minutes for drink refills. A bright spot was the street corn they offer was excellent. Wife got a strawberry lemonade daiquiri drink that they completely forgot to put it alcohol in. We went to another place in town for lunch today, got almost the same things, paid half as much and everything was wonderful.

Quinn was our server. She was amazing. Food was just ok. Presentation was nice, but it was warm, not hot. We ate on the patio, nice view, but very loud. Bike week.

Lyric was our server and she was fantastic! She gave really good suggestions on the adult beverages. On top of being friendly, she really kept her cool when her tables kept switching around because they didn't like sitting the sun, but wanted to sit outside.. The food was outstanding! My husband had PJ's platter and I had the Mahi Mahi that was stuffed with crab meat. Very delicious! Will defiantly be back and hopefully have Lyric as our server again!
