We use to go to Pomo on regular basis and not sure why we changed - after Sunday's visit both my wife and I said that we need to go to Pomo more often. Fantastic service - best we have ever received at Pomo.

Food has always been so good here and the service even better! Delicious but not outlandishly expensive. Don’t forget to get the gelato! As good as the stuff I had in rome!

Except for the loud background, everything was excellent. Very hard to carry on a conversation.

Loved the food but it was very loud and the table was too small for the size of the plates & dishes.

the pizza and pomodoro pasta were delicious! We also had the Mediterranean salt which hit the spot. Our waitress (wish I wrote her name down) was unbelievable! she was so friendly and helpful and on it! atmosphere was perfect for a quick lunch with my sisters to catch up.

Our party of 5, with a reservation, was initially going to be seated at a 4-person table by adding a chair on one end. We asked to instead be seated at a larger 6-person booth/table, and greatly appreciated that our request was accommodated. Two in our party loved the gazpacho style "Evista" pureed cold soup as an appetizer, made of fresh tomato, cucumber, red onions, avocado, house made croutons. The other three of us enjoyed sharing the Carpaccio Di Monza as a tasty appetizer. We ordered three Napoletana style pizzas to share amongst us five, which turned out to be about perfect, although our son could have easily eaten a whole one on his own. We tried the Aurora, the Quattro Stagioni, and the Rotto Sapone (For meat lovers!), and loved each of them. If you are planning to order enough to have leftovers to take home, be aware that this style pizza can get soggy if not eaten soon after served, especially with more toppings. Regardless, we were very glad we left room in our tummies to sample the scrumptious dessert offerings that included gelato sundaes from the adjacent Luna Gelateria, as well Pomo's "dolci" selections of Profiteroles (choux pastry filled with vanilla gelato by Luna) and Torta Nutella (dark chocolate cake layered with chocolate mousse, topped with Nutella ganache, served with vanilla gelato by Luna). All were quite deliciously sublime. We definitely plan a return visit when back in Scottsdale!
