Join us, day or night, for stunning 180-degree tropical views of Grand Cayman, exotic Latin-inspired cocktails and small plates to share, lush places to lounge, live DJs who never miss a beat, and an effortlessly cool, unmatched vibe.

To provide an upscale experience, Pom Pom promotes “Smart Island Casual” attire. This includes, but is not limited to, resort wear, summer dresses, linen shirts, and tailored shorts. Beach wear, swimwear and athletic wear is not permitted. Guests joining us must be at least 18+.

Great cocktails, vibe and sunset view. The food is barely ok and needs to improve to match everything else.

Great vibes, the DJ caters to a certain crowd. Would’ve loved to hear more of a variety of music. Service was fantastic!

Great view, terrible service! The restaurant is beautiful aesthetically and has a great view of the ocean and sunset. However, long story short, we were treated very poorly and disrespectfully by the hosting staff. The menu was also lackluster (too few options). Music was too loud as well. Would never dine here again and don’t recommend it for anything but the stellar view it provides as a rooftop venue.

We stayed at the hotel and went Every Night!!! The food was amazing and the drinks were delicious. The decor and views were stunning.

The location and views were fantastic. The food was good but not great as we tried 5-6 small plates to share. They did not have everything on the menu. We both found a drink we liked and had a great time. Island views and sunset are tough to beat

We decided to eat at Pom Pom after having an outstanding meal at Catalina at the Indigo. It was sunset and we enjoyed the view and photo opportunity from the outside terrace. The service was perfect! My husband and daughter both loved the tenderloin skewers that they both ordered. We tried several of the small plates and all were enjoyed.
