POM is Fantasy Springs Resort Casino's answer to casino cafes. POM features breakfast, lunch and dinner in an atmosphere that's light, airy and modern.

Reviewers on Yelp.com give POM 4&1/2 stars out of 5 and for good reason. The food here is of top quality. Chef Freddy Rieger even gets herbs used for cooking and garnish from the garden just outside the restaurant's French doors. The food is inventive yet hearty and the service is friendly and attentive.

Patrons can also order cocktails here they won't find anywhere else around Palm Springs. How about a Date Martini or a hand-crafted White Sangria?

Staff were mostly attentive but could have come around a little more often. Food was very good. Salmon special was good but the accompanying sauce was a bit overpowering. Prime rib was a thin cut but cooked perfectly and delicious with a good baked potato with fixings. I would recommend.

For a light meal I had the lump crab cocktail and ordered a side of tortilla chips, sauces were delicious and the crab was flavorful and it comes with thinly sliced cucumbers, great light meal for a dinner

Sat at the bar and had a great dinner. Erick was our server and he was great as well as our busser Anghel. Food was amazing and Erick made great drinks! Definitely will be coming back. ✨
