My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Polo Steak. The food was excellent, the ambiance lively and our server, Pablo, was engaging and attentive. I would not change a thing about our experience.

Our waiter was very very nice. The food was okay but they didn’t have some of the things we wanted so we had to opt for other options. I don’t think it was worth how much I paid so probably won’t be going back

This restaurant was horrible. Waiter terrible, I had to tell him after about 45min we were ready to place our orders, he took half the table order and didn’t take the other half until dinner was almost over. The shrimp tacos were good but everything else was terrible; lobster pasta, skirt steak, mashed potatoes, Brussels sprouts, lamb chops, blackened chicken were all TERRIBLE! Our table paid over $800 and when we were leaving we saw a rat. And again, the waiter sucked! The only Good thing I can say about this restaurant was the DJ played good music and one of the workers came out to sing Happy Birthday to my mom. Other than that, trash!

Didn’t know an experience could be so horrible at a restaurant. I made a note on the app requesting a round table. There was no communication so I assumed it was fine. Got there all except the jammed up one in the corner was available. Was annoyed but I left it alone. As we sat down, we realized we couldn’t hear an each other or hear ourselves think. They had a group of loud immigration officers (yes some in uniform disrupting the whole inside) . It was really irritating and unprofessional that they was allowing other patrons be uncomfortable (you literally could have see it on other peoples faces) being that they could not just simply ask them to tone it down. Then it got worse every thing we ordered came like 40 minutes each time. Our main course took about an hour. My husband food was burnt and mines was invisible because after all that waiting was when they decided to tell me there wasn’t no heavy cream to make my food because the use is to finish the loud table order. It was very disappointing and disheartening to know this how y’all treat PAYING CUSTOMERS!! I say that to say we met the loud table there and left them there because they only cared about serving them and when it was time to pay all them was looking lost. 0/10 don’t recommend!!

Restaurant is closed seems like it is open for business but me and my family went there for 7pm reservations and there was no restaurant. The place is there but not an active restaurant more like a bar lounge no food being prepared stay away from this fraud of a restaurant.

They didn’t have the food items that me and my friend wanted. (sushi and fettuccine). was pretty disappointed but our second choice was pretty good. it took a little long for us to get the bill. we literally had to get up and ask for it. overall i’ll give the experience a 7/10
