Polo Steak & Sea of Vero Beach offers a variety of amazing STEAKS, SEAFOOD and SUSHI. Streaks are a minimum 35 day aged to offer more flavor and tenderness. Our chefs love creating nightly seafood specials sourcing local seafood.
Polo also features a rotating variety of Dry Aged steaks and chops throughout the week. To accompany the menu is a curated wine list with unique and delicious gems along with hand crafted cocktails.
Polo Steak & Sea offers several areas to dine, inside a well appointed dining room with a modern bar or al fresco dining in a large covered veranda.

Wonderful meal and service for my husband’s birthday. We did desserts to go, too. Everything was grand. Superior service. Love the clubby feel of this Vero gem.

Polo Grill never disappoints! The crab cake is SO GOOD! Steaks are amazing and the tiramisu is off the charts yummy! We enjoy it every time!

I took my husband there for his birthday. It was our first time eating there. The food was amazing and Cassie took great care of us and really made it a special experience. Can’t wait to go back!

Here's the problem. We should all want this place to succeed because it's conveniently located and who doesn't enjoy having the option to sit outside? But the service was just okay, the food mediocre, the ambience outside unfortunate, and it gets a C+ for value. The tables are bare (no lamps, no salt/pepper, just bare tabletops and setups. My food arrived looking like a boarding school cafeteria plate. Fish was drenched in a flavorless sauce, small portion, and the rice was cooked but crunchy like it had been reheated from the day before. Sorry but this is a no go back.

We enjoyed a great meal at Polo Steak and Sea. The scallops were cooked perfectly, the tuna stack was extremely fresh, the baked brie with fresh, crispy bread was outstanding, and the smoked Old Fashion was delicious. We will be back!

Our meal was beyond excellent; server Greg was attentive and knowledgeable. My only complaint was the noise level and crowded dining room; however, those were small prices to pay for all the good that came with the experience.

So I booked this for Valentines Day dinner. We were seated promptly and our server was very attentive. We ordered the oyster appetizer and I have never seen such small oysters. They had a prime rib special so I ordered it and asked for a medium rare cut. when I cut into it, it was medium well, pretty dry and tough. Prime rib should be juicy and tender. They offered to replace it with another piece of prime rib, but the chef said they were out of medium rare. So they asked me to pick something else. I chose the Petite Sirloin, medium rare and it arrived RARE. Even the server acknowledged it, it was bleeding heavily. They offered to put it back under the grill but at this point I had pretty much lost my appetite for anything. I am very surprised they had such issues cooking steak considering they call themselves a steakhouse. I doubt we will be back after this.

Great waiter, Urs, thank you. Shrimp & tuna roll were amazing! Sea bass and mushroom risotto were delicious. We sat inside which was classic Polo- wood & leather.
