Polo Steak & Sea of Vero Beach offers a variety of amazing STEAKS, SEAFOOD and SUSHI. Streaks are a minimum 35 day aged to offer more flavor and tenderness. Our chefs love creating nightly seafood specials sourcing local seafood.
Polo also features a rotating variety of Dry Aged steaks and chops throughout the week. To accompany the menu is a curated wine list with unique and delicious gems along with hand crafted cocktails.
Polo Steak & Sea offers several areas to dine, inside a well appointed dining room with a modern bar or al fresco dining in a large covered veranda.

Best sushi in town! The sushi is out of this world! My favorite is the Flamevine roll which every bite is like a taste of heaven. The chef is an incredible, very talented sushi chef. He comes up with such amazing flavor combinations! Definitely my new favorite sushi restaurant! Please ask for Julie or Steven to be your server for the evening. They are both very knowledgable and wonderful human beings. You will not be disappointed and I promise you a truly amazing experience.

We had a lovely table for five at 5 pm. Not crowded and everything was perfect. Chris is an exceptional waiter. Food was excellent although we were almost full before receiving the exceptional entrees. Delightful evening!

Don’t miss out on this dining experience. From the moment we sat down the service Chris gave us was outstanding. The complimentary pimento spread with seasoned crackers was delicious as the grilled octopus appetizer was outstanding, tender octopus served over delicious farro and arugula, was plenty to share. The Tile fish special was grilled to perfection topped delicious salsa and the coconut sticky rice was the perfect accompaniment. The SeaBass was also delicious, generous portions and flavorful. Save room for the Tropical Carrot Cake, a generous treat of seven layers, not too sweet yet perfectly balanced and satisfying. We truly enjoyed our evening at the Polo Grill and can’t wait to return
