Polo Steak & Sea of Vero Beach offers a variety of amazing STEAKS, SEAFOOD and SUSHI. Streaks are a minimum 35 day aged to offer more flavor and tenderness. Our chefs love creating nightly seafood specials sourcing local seafood.
Polo also features a rotating variety of Dry Aged steaks and chops throughout the week. To accompany the menu is a curated wine list with unique and delicious gems along with hand crafted cocktails.
Polo Steak & Sea offers several areas to dine, inside a well appointed dining room with a modern bar or al fresco dining in a large covered veranda.

Polo Grill is the best steak and seafood house in Vero Beach. A must dine and ask for Jason when you go.

Food was fantastic and the service was spectacular. The a/c wasn’t working so it was a little uncomfortable. Other than that everything was great.

This is a great place for any special occasion or even date night. We have been here quite a few times and it never disappoints. The wait staff is excellent.

Took my sweet boyfriend to Polo for his birthday. The entire staff went far and above to make our evening special. Jason called earlier in the day to inquire on details and added BF’s name to their monitor out front. Cassandra, our server, greeted us each by name and ensured we were never rushed. The food was perfect- we enjoyed the pre-theater prix fixe menu which has amazing selections. I enjoyed lobster bisque, pork chop (so flavorful) and boyfriend has the shrimp cocktail and crab cake- everything was delish I’ll definitely choose Polo for my pre- theater dinner and plan to dine or stop at the bar again soon!

The restaurant is beautiful and has both indoor and outdoor seating. The booth we sat in was roomy although the person behind us kept hitting the back of our booth which was irritating during the entire meal. Our service was great. We ordered appetizers and wine and a mixed drink and our appetizers came out timely and were amazing. (Oysters on the half shell and oysters Rockefeller. Both delish. We ordered a Petite Filet and two specials which were bone T-bone steaks and this is where the problem was. My steak, the petite filet was burned. Literally the entire bottom of my steak was black and hard. My husband and son’s steaks were charred but not like mine. I ordered my steak medium and it was cooked correctly but I had to slice off the bottom half in order to make it edible. After dinner we ordered a cappuccino and a creme brûlée and my cappuccino came lukewarm. However the crème brûlée was delish and the sugar crust was perfect and the crème was divine. 10 out of 10. Our total bill for three was $451 and for the type of food and dessert is on point however we were highly disappointed with our meals. Will we go back? Probably not. If you are looking for appetizers and dessert along with drinks I’d recommend the restaurant. Otherwise it’s a solid 2-3 on our scale of great places to eat in Vero Beach.

Best sushi in town! The sushi is out of this world! My favorite is the Flamevine roll which every bite is like a taste of heaven. The chef is an incredible, very talented sushi chef. He comes up with such amazing flavor combinations! Definitely my new favorite sushi restaurant! Please ask for Julie or Steven to be your server for the evening. They are both very knowledgable and wonderful human beings. You will not be disappointed and I promise you a truly amazing experience.
