A small glass enclosed restaurant within sustainable clothing manufacturer, Apparel Tasker. Serving as a staff canteen, we are also open to the public for dinner Wednesday to Saturday and lunch Friday and Saturday.

We cook rustic, homemade dishes with a focus on our Italian and Austrian roots.

A very unlikely setting but once found we were truly BLOWN AWAY at just how good Polentina is. Food and service was 11/10. Giovanni the front of house guy is a legend. Already booking the next visit.

Polentina is a hidden gem serving authentic Italian and Austrian recipes from the chef Sophia's grandmothers. Everything is made with love and care. You may have to travel some distance as it's set in a textile factory in the depth of Bow, but the atmosphere when you arrive is magic and you will not find food like this anywhere else in London. Pilgrims will be rewarded with dishes that touches the soul.
