Polanco Mexican Modern Steak House is a slightly elevated restaurant that will focus on fine dining touches with a lively atmosphere. Polanco features a prime selected list of steaks seared off and seasoned with an eye towards the ranches and cattle farms of northern Mexico. Bar operated by Miguel Valencia who is the head mixologist listing a cocktail selection based on agave varieties such as Mezcal, Ensambles and a unique selection of Tequilas.

I enjoyed my birthday dinner with my friends. Hani our server did an amazing job and we appreciated her service! She made it really special!

Nice restaurant. The ambience was nice. I didn’t realize it was inside a hotel but it was okay. The guacamole was really good and fresh but needed more tostadas because it was a big portion. The drinks we ordered were good also. My food lacked flavor for me. Our waiter was nice and attentive. I will go back for the drinks and appetizers in the future.

The dinner at Polanco was pretty good. I have tasted Carnitas at many restaurants. This dish was good but not great. The dish was barely warm. The Carnitas meat was good but the beans were not appetizing and the rice was bland. I feel that more could be done with this dish. Others in the party enjoyed their dishes.

Maybe its the middle of the week staffing, but it took a full 10 minutes to get drinks which is atypical for a steakhouse. Medium rare steaks become medium. At least I let the kitchen know. Overall, it feels the quality has gone down since we were here last. Probably won't come back.

This was our first time here and we absolutely loved it!! I heard about this place from a good friend of mine so we decided to give it a try and we weren’t disappointed at all everything from the food to the service was above and beyond great only thing was it is a little pricey so be ready to spend some money over all we had a great time 👍🏽 I highly recommend this place 5+stars!!!!

Intimate and beautiful experience. Located in the Ayres Hotel with Spanish architecture design mixed with modern touches is simply tranquil and unique. The service is impeccable from the time you’re greeted upon entering. Our server Victor was outstanding, knowledgeable with meal suggestions, polite and attentive. The food was excellent, traditional, flavorful, with a slight kick or spicy hot to your taste. This was a special treat, as we were celebrating his birthday. The dessert was a delicious bread pudding topped with ice cream, served with the Happy Birthday song by Victor and fellow servers, topped off by the big birthday sparkler. A picture perfect dinning experience 🥂

I went to Polanco to celebrate my husbands birthday. Our server Alex’s recommendations were all great! The food and drinks were great. Server Alex went out of his way to make us feel like we home by sharing how he prepared the dishes and was always attentive
