We welcome you into the best Irish Pub in Norwich! Spanning over 4 floors, we have a spot in our pub for everyone, from our amazing upstairs restaurant, to our exclusive 'through the bookcase' cocktail speakeasy!
All of our produce is locally sourced as we believe strongly in supporting local independent businesses. Our meat produce is free-range, coming straight from Wilbur Manor Farms in the outskirts of Norwich.

We also host private bookings and functions in both of these bars, so please pop in or give us a call for more information on booking our function rooms.

Amazing roast dinner, myself and friend both had the beef option. The beef was tender, lovely selection of veg, including cauliflower cheese and most importantly the gravy was beautiful! Very welcoming staff and locals. We will definitely be visiting again.

We had a good time, there was an issue with the food, wrong orders went in so we did end up eating at different times but they sorted the food out and the food was pretty tasty. Dan swooped in to save the day and made sure we had drinks flowing so we appreciated it. Thanks

This was our 1st visit to Pogue Mahons definitely will be returning. Food music and service was excellent. The young lad who served us on the 02/01/2025 was extremely attentive, sorry did not get his name but he definitely deserves praise nice to have staff that makes your experience that much better, unfortunately rare in hospitality nowadays. Definitely would recommend 👌

Another fabulous afternoon at Pogues, first time for the Sunday roast which was delicious, looked after by friendly staff who kept the drinks flowing, perfect.

Went for Sunday roast beautifully presented, pink roast beef and a giant Yorkshire pudding all served up promptly in a lovely upstairs dining room.

We were a large group in for Sunday lunch and were looked after well. The portion sizes were large, and the food was tasty. All of our food arrived together. The baileys cheesecake was delicious. The staff were attentive and helpful. The ambience was relaxed and ward. Would definitely recommend.

Food was very good. Bottomless brunch…..Couldn’t order ya next cocktail till you had finished. So a bit of a wait in between. Would be better if you ordered ya next cocktail then ready when you have finished.
