Podmore is a neighborhood restaurant and cocktail lounge. Created by the dynamic duo behind Senia, Chef Anthony Rush and Katherine Nomura, Podmore extends a warm welcome to our cozy dining room and bar to savor an unforgettable lunch, pau hana, dinner, cocktails or weekend brunch.

We pride ourselves on expertly executed comfort food and innovative cocktails, complimented by good old fashioned hospitality.

From our bacon to our pasta to our ice cream, we make things in-house, from scratch, locally-sourced whenever possible.

D'après les éditeur·rices d'OpenTable : Playful cocktails and comfort food are the stars at this stylish sequel from the beloved Senia team led by chef Anthony Rush and his wife and co-owner Katherine Nomura. Get comfortable at one of green banquettes overlooking Alakea Street or at the marble bar and pick from nearly two dozen cocktails like the tropical Secret Swiftie with amaro and dishes like beer battered fish and chips. End on a sweet note with the flight of three pie-inspired cocktails.

What a gem of a place! Came here for our Valentine's Day Lunch. Ambiance: Feels like you stepped back in time, velvet covered seating, cozy nooks, art deco fixtures and decor. Service: Friendly, welcoming, attentive, helpful, expeditious. Food/Drinks: Everything we tried was delicious, fresh, homemade and different in a good way! We tried the Devils on Horseback, Bao Buns, Tagliatelle Carbonara (fresh pasta) and the Fish & Chips. For dessert we had the Ice Cream Sandwich, for today it was chocolate chip cookies and we chose vanilla ice cream sandwiched in between. Drink menu had many fun and creative choices, nice selection of spirits. Cleanliness: This is the cleanest restaurant I think I have ever been in! Tables are wiped with disposable disinfectant wipes then thrown away. Not the same rag that was used to wipe other tables and who knows what else and is never rinsed. There was no dust to the visible eye, fixtures, furniture, baseboards immaculately clean, no crumbs hiding under the booths, no dust collecting on the AC vents or high light fixtures. Bathrooms tidy and clean. Parking: Street metered parking or with a short walk you can park in a public parking garage or lot. Overall, a wonderful experience! Will definitely be going back to try other menu items!

Our light dinner Podmore before a Symphony concert was well prepared and tasty. The atmosphere is cozy and cheerful. I wish there were some zero % alcohol beers snd wines but only sort of sweet mocktails available

The appetizers were good & the homemade ketchup was the highlight. The main course was just okay. Not terrible but not good. The chicken & waffles was rubbery and I would not recommend in particular.

From beginning to end, it was an exceptional experience at Podmore, as it always is. Drinks delicious, food scrumptious, service impeccable. Another delightful visit.

I would absolutely go again. The food is very much British Pub fare, so nothing too off the wall there. That is to say everything was tasty, but nothing was over the top insane good. I hope that doesn’t sound like a negative comment. It’s a great place to go when you don’t wanna think about it too much, sit and chat with a friend and enjoy the evening. The ambience is outstanding and the staff is terrific. Looking forward to going back.
