The atmosphere was very loud which makes visiting difficult. Our food was slow to come out and the blackened food was a bit over seasoned so salty. The boil was excellent and so was the fried fish and the other fish we got that was grilled with a sauce. Overall I would go back, but possibly on a less busy night.

Great service and food! Our server was very attentive, but not overly so. She gave insight on food to try. We had a wonderful experience, and definitely plan on going back.

Everything was delicious especially the cocktails and bread pudding. Our server and the manager were both wonderful. Only thing I missed was mashed potatoes on the menu.

Chris took care of us and did a great job!! We got the snow crab and blackened redfish with crawfish étouffée and it was amazing!

The food was very bland. They did not have crab legs. We did not find out until we ordered. We should have been told that a staple item was not available. Fries were cold.

I’m from Lafayette’ La the heart of Cajun country. The food was outstanding and authentic in every way. The Golden Meadow Gumbo was spot on, having been to the town many times. I’ve seen others say it’s burnt but it’s a traditional dark roux and exactly as intended. Enjoy!

The food was good. Had to return my entree. As soon as the waitress placed my shrimp crab dish, I smelled funky and not good. Tried to have a bite but the smell bothered me like the crab is spoiled and not fresh. The seafood fondue was great and the replacement redfish dish was delicious. They were attentive and friendly though. Before you cook something, I assume you can smell if your ingredients are fresh or not

Menu is a little confusing need more segregation hard to choose your items. A lot of food for the money. Bread pudding still outstanding.

The gumbo rue was burnt the fried fish to thick to be done the shrimp taste like oyster the food overall wasn’t good
