Run by wine importer and events company Grays and Feather, the parlour is split over two very different floors including outdoor seating, with a focus on exploring wine production and flavour and pushing understanding further. The well known and greatest hits sit alongside the road less travelled.

Lovely little wine bar in Covent Garden - a haven on a busy street. Didn't eat because we had a reservation elsewhere for dinner but the fizz was chilled, the service was friendly and the vibe was good.

Not recommending this place. I went to Plume Wine bar with 3 of my friends to celebrate my birthday. When we got there, there was no one greeting you or helping you. Also we have waited for cutlery and plates, even tho we have asked for few times, they were considerably not willing to help. Plus, my friends asked for a dessert to put a candle on and they did forget it and when we asked again they said the kitchen was closed. So nothing… They brought us the bill without asking and we were still having our drinks. It s quite easy to see that the staff wasnt really willing to serve us much. There were few people looking after our table. The food and the wine was avarage.

Can’t believe it took me so long to find this! Lovely, friendly staff, great food and wine selection. I will DEFINITELY be back.

Lovely wine list and food in a cozy environment. The upstairs section feels quite cramped but the downstairs area is more spacious. We were sat next to a large company group and it was very loud at times.

Food was good. Wine was great. Vibe upstairs was ok but much better downstairs unfortunately luck of the draw as to where you are seated. The note passing was fun but not terribly efficient - took a long time just to get paper. Once passing the notes there's a very long wait time to have your note picked up and delivered and even longer to get one back. Also took ages to get my waitresses attention for a wine refill because everyone was super busy.

Mixed feelings on our reservation. When I arrived the team were really accommodating and let us change tables to be downstairs in the speak easy - which was a much nicer ambience than upstairs. However we were sat on a high top next to the wine fridge and opposite where the kitchen which was a high traffic area and took away from the lovely intimate setting. We had a great time with their secret note writing event, the wine was delicious and the staff were very attentive. However, half way through our second glass of wine, very abruptly we were given the bill and told we had 10 minutes left. This was a bit of a surprise, even though we have since seen it in the small print of the reservation that you only get 1hr30 for a table of two. 10 minutes passed and we had not yet finished our wine and were hurried along. It did kind of give us a sour taste in our mouth after having a nice evening and would have appreciated the reminder of reservation length at the start of our sitting, rather than 10 minutes of rushing at the end. We would definitely come back as the bar and staff were mostly very lovely. We might just request a table further from the high traffic area!

Went for the secret notes event, it was fun, definitely started of slow. But towards the end it started to pick up. So in the future definitely wanna go slightly later. I didn’t like the fact unfortunately how there was a tight schedule also, meaning towards the end we were rushed which is a shame but understandable but hopefully. Next time we go we can got for longer

Staff always really friendly and helpful, happy to give great recommendations and tasters of wine if you aren’t sure. Chips were expensive but a large portion and very tasty. Good vibes.
