Two-storey wine parlour with a rotating list of 70 sparkling and still wines alongside sharing plates inspired by world travel. Find your next prosecco or explore the weird and wonderful world of sparkling.

'A safe place to explore the unusual' Financial Times

Run by wine importer and events company Grays and Feather, the parlour is split over two very different floors including outdoor seating, with a focus on exploring wine production and flavour and pushing understanding further. The well known and greatest hits sit alongside the road less travelled.

Booked to go to the Tuesday note-passing evening - Sounds likes a fun girls night out idea. In practice all guests were ladies with the same idea (which is great if this is the scene you are into). Would have been happy to stay for 1 cocktail anyway, but we decided against it when we felt that the deco and ambient was subpar for hotel bar prices (deco not as seen on google review/ social media - have to applaud them to have hired excellent social media team). Left before ordering and went to an actual hotel bar nearby.

Hi Thanks for your review. Were you sat upstairs or downstairs as our bar has 2 areas with both different aesthetics. While the secret notes is an added fun experience this is hopefully not the reason people come to our bar and sorry you were not able to experience any of our food and drink which we believe are great value. Friendly staff took great care of us all night. We shared a meat/cheese board, salad and a flatbread (among 3 people, could have ordered one plate less). All fresh and tasty. Eclectic global wine menu on offer. No distracting TV screens, this is a great little bar to catch up with friends over wine and nibbles!

Such a lovely experience. Wonderful staff and exceptional wine list. So sorry we had to rush off as we’d loved to have stayed longer. Will be back for a bottle of bubbles!

Fantastic service very attentive.. good food and wine and no pressure to leave at a certain time which made a huge difference

As soon as you walked in the smell of perfume was very overpowering. The tables were very small so wine bottles were kept away from our table and so we needed to ask every time we needed a top up. Waiters were very accommodating for this but it did slow the whole process down quite a bit. The food was quite average, cheese and meat board was large but nothing special unfortunately. The chips were the best thing we ordered, I would recommend them. I had higher hopes when booking Plume. Wine list was very extensive and it looked like they had some fun events on during the week but I wont be returning unfortunately.

Service was excellent and great selection of wine. The fries were out of this world. It was just a little too hot downstairs but otherwise a great experience.

Ordered a bottle of wine and olives. Had to chase as nothing arrived and everyone around us had been served. Gave 10% off for the wait (at that stage unnecessary as mistakes happen). But then they didn’t have the bottle we chose. Also never received the olives yet they still appeared on the bill along with service change which may be optional but expecting 12.5% when we essentially received next to no service for two items felt a slap in the face

Nothing beats a beautifully central wine bar with a wonderful staff and brilliant list. This is maybe my fifth or sixth time coming, and every time has been better than the last. Can’t wait to return!
