Welcome to the Playhouse Deck! We've re-opened with a new chef, a new look, but the same fantastic views of the Delaware River. Located on the river side of the Buck County Playhouse, we cater to both theatergoers and those just in search of a great meal. Expect all-new seasonal menus showcasing the best of Mediterranean cuisine. The bar program is seasonally inspired with lots of fresh fruit and herb components that will complement the cuisine. The cuisine is Mediterranean and Italian inspired, as are the wines. The beer program will have plenty of options for local craft breweries in addition to bigger names and some imports as well.

First of all… made reservations on a Sunday at noon before a 1:30 show. Arrived early and had no problem being seated. What a great place! It helped being a perfect day in September😊. I’m sure this place gets crowded but we certainly lucked out. It was hard to choose what to eat but I went with the corn and bacon salad with a cup of soup. Yummy! My son had a grilled cheese with fries and said it was the best! We were all in so decided to have dessert/ vanilla and chocolate gelato. A two scoop portion! The wait staff was attentive and helpful even though they were swamped. I will be going back to see what it’s like in the colder weather. So glad we went! My new favorite place in New Hope!

Place was very nice, not very full due to local art show probably. Great food and service. Bread pudding dessert was over the top.

We had an excellent experience. We were able to sit outside next to the river. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. We were celebrating my husbands birthday and they gave us a dessert on the house! Will definitely be returning.

Service and food are always spectacular. The views are very relaxing to look which is a big plus.

The menu had a nice selection to choose from and me and my party of 5 all got something totally different. Apps were really good. Drinks spectacular! Waitress was so pleasant. We were able to sit outside which I totally recommend. I will definitely return

The cheesesteak paninni was very good. Surprised at the size - it was cut in half and a very generous portion. Danny was very friendly and pleasant.

We absolutely loved sitting outside on the deck. We ordered the spinach salad which was great but it had way too many cucumbers and not enough spinach. We both ordered the fried chicken. It had a great flavor with crispy skin but was over cooked and a bit dry. The slaw that came with the meal would have been better as a regular slaw, but it had BBQ sauce mixed in. The biscuit was dry. Had an herb in it that did not compliment a BBQ chicken. A cheese biscuit would have worked perfectly. The potato wedges were awesome. Service was top notch.

It was nice sitting by the window & having lunch before the show.. The food was good, as well as the selections. Prices were reasonable. The service was good & attentive. We will be back.
