Not Impressed at All
I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. Considering we had to pay a deposit for the reservation and adhere to a dress code, I expected a more elegant dinner, but it was far from that.
Firstly, the seating was in poor condition, with holes and torn backs. Secondly, an item on their digital menu was marked as a new addition, but we were told they didn't have it, even though we arrived right when dinner service began. Despite arriving early, we waited an excessively long time for our food, while other guests who arrived after us were served more promptly.
The dress code was not enforced consistently, as some guests were seated inside wearing running shorts, beach attire, and tank tops. Additionally, there was only one waiter covering the entire floor, which impacted the overall service quality.
To top it off, I had informed them that it was a birthday dinner, yet there was no acknowledgment or effort to make the occasion special.
I would not recommend this place for a birthday dinner if you're expecting something nice and elegant.
