Excellent waiter - attentive but unobtrusive and knowledgeable regarding the menu. The gnocchi were very good and the beef cheek was excellent. We were there for lunch and the portion size was larger than I expected and very filling. The perch and salmon were very good but portion size was small which is to be expected as fish is expensive. We were there for a special occasion and were offered some sparkling wine on the house which we happily accepted. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and will definitely be back again.

We had a bad experience in this restaurant. We didn’t enjoy our meal as the AC was horribly high when the temperature didn’t call for it. Both my friend and I left the restaurant with a stiff neck from the cold strong draft falling on our heads. We pointed the issue out to the waiters and hostess many times. They increased the temperature for a couple of seconds and they turned the AC back on again. Food was decent but not great. Steak was hard and the salad was too pricy ($25.00) for what it is. I do not recommend this place. Side door restaurant offers an amazing dining experience at a much better price and the classy atmosphere in comparison to the cafeteria style, cold and pricy dinner at Play food and wine restaurant.

We had a great dinner with our adult son. Two of us are vegan and the vegan menu was delicious. It looked like the non-vegan food was really good too.

Great food. Best Waldorf salad ever! Gnocchi was excellent! My husband like the scallops the most. We really enjoyed this meal! Server was friendly and engaging.

I had a fantastic lunch with my sister-in-law, who raved non-stop about the food and the service. The wine selection was also great, by the glass. This is a wonderful option for a relaxed but upscale lunch where you can actually hear conversation at your table.

The format is based on medium sized plates that you can share or eat by yourself. A typical meal will have 4 plates for 2 people. You can choose from light, vegeterian or more hearty plates. We had the scallops, perch, salmon, and beef. They have a great cocktail & wine selection. The service is outstanding as everyone is super professional, genuine, and friendly. The French fries are the best fries I've ever had. It's our goto spot for our wedding anniversary and we're looking forward to our next visit.

As always there was excellent service. Lauren always goes above and beyond to make sure we have a superb experience. The dishes are always changing, unique, artful and tasty. We always share.. so 4 distinct dishes to try. Every time there is at least one that we can't get enough of!
