                                                First time there was quite a disappointment. Hostess not very friendly or efficient server never came back to check on food. My husband wanted pepper for his steak we waited and waited. We had finished our dinner and still no sighing of her. We had Devils on Horseback for an appetizer and that was delicious. Steak was cool and bland. I had fish and chips. The chips were cold and covered with grease from the fish and the cod was very bland. My husbands cheesecake was not good at all. Since this was our first time we may try again and order differently. We have friends who have been spree times and said the quality of the food was inconsistent. Too expensive for what it was.

                                                We were seated quickly and given water and menus. We ordered drinks and an app, but the app came without drinks. It had been over 20 minutes before our drinks came, but we finished our app. After ordering entrees we waited another 30 minutes for our food

                                                Watered down mixed drinks. The glaze on the maple wings was far too sticky for finger food, maybe drizzled lightly over something sliced and way over priced. Dessert was meh. The cheese on the charcuterie tray was over ripe. Enough thought/care was not put into actually eating the food. Just making it look pretty (which the plates were pretty), I would rather have well cooked food than pretty food. From looking at the lunch/bar menu I would think those dishes should also be served for dinner. Then I may give it another shot. Our server was solid, looked like she had too many tables maybe though.

                                                Hard to find a restaurant that has great appetizers, main dishes, and wine list combined with a delightful ambience but Plated has nailed it. Each dish combined ingredients to create a perfect harmony of flavors all artfully presented on the plate. Thoroughly enjoyed :)

                                                We recently moved to the area, and this is the best restaurant experience we’ve had. From the staff, to the food, to the ambiance, everything was on point and elevated. You’re doing yourself a disservice if you don’t try this spot when you are in Brattleboro.

                                                Went to check out Plated last night with carnivore friends and vegetarian friends and we were all completely satisfied. The salads are delicious and fresh and the proteins were cooked just right. Nice ambience and super friendly atmosphere. The scallops were delicious and so was the Mediterranean salad trio.

                                                Great space and fun atmosphere. The food menu is just right, but they don’t serve the burger except at the bar which is a shame because it looked great but we couldn’t have it!

                                                Very mixed experience. Appreciated the complimentary champagne toast for our anniversary. Atmosphere is inviting. Bread Pudding dessert was delicious and stood out. For the price, entrees were underwhelming. Very expensive salads and desserts (mostly $14 per). Didn’t think the mismatched flatware lined up with the fine dining vibe that the pricing reflects. And the IKEA price tag on bottom of my husband’s coffee mug was the last straw. I wish them well but we won’t be back anytime soon. Just missing that special something for the price.
