The Platea Experience provides guests with a one-of-a-kind take on the classic Prime Steakhouse but delivering them with flavors brought on by the Peruvian influence and quality Marmolejos & Salazar are known for. All our steaks come from the top 1% of the Prime cattles in the USA, some of the very best there is in the world when it comes to marbling, fattiness, and flavor. All our seafood is fresh and comes from independent purveyors, some of them flying in the selective menu items on a daily basis.

The evening was just top notch, starting with the food, service and atmosphere. Ask for Ivan if you go he was wonderful.

Entrance to the restaurant was excellent as well as parking. The hostess was very respectful and helpful. You can see the manager supervising and collaborating with the personnel. I loved the open kitchen concept and that the restaurant did not stink of food. The food was outstanding, the flavors were both innovative and also felt very natural and well-prepared. As a Peruvian, I could relate to the flavors and the aromas of the food. Plating was excellent. The waiter was excellent; however, a bit rushed, otherwise, excellent. The sommelier introduced himself and was very helpful.

Amazing steakhouse. Service and everything from appetizers to dessert was on point. The added touches make it extra special. Their weekday specials is a great option. Nice to have a dining option like this close to home.

The ceviche was not too spicy with a nice kick. The NY strip was flavorful and tender. It paired well with Caymus Cab. I cannot even describe how delicious the brioche was…. just trust me. The cheesecake was unstructured, light, fruity and dusted with cacao. The service was excellent. We had a leisurely dinner with friends and everyone left happy. We will definitely return.
