Under Chef David Lee, PLANTA is dining as it should be – an unguilty pleasure. Quiet for a Thursday, we were initially disappointed that many of the outdoor tables had been removed along Hibiscus Street. Fortunately there are still a few on the other side, and since we had the dog we took one of those. The dragon and firecracker rolls are delicious, and the 1000 layer crispy potatoes were surprising and crisp with creamy centers. We would definitely get all of those items again. The pasta carbonara was good, though not my favorite entree of those I have tried. My husband was delighted with the burger. The dishes are so creative and delicious it’s easy to forget that they are all plant based. Our server was also top notch, moving us inside when the mosquitos began to become bothersome, even though we had our pup with us. We will be back for sure.

Fantastic food. The bang bang broccoli and sushi are amazing! 3 of us split the s’mores pie and were so full after !

Great experience once again! We go to Maki Monday every week, and each visit just keeps getting better. The food is amazing, and our server Mark provides a wonderful experience.

Went with a Vegan friend who really enjoyed being able to order anything on the menu. The burger was delicious and the Fried Mushroom app was crunchy and tasty. Could have have a larger piece of mushroom but good.

Very nice restaurant and expensive. Location and parking was good. Food and service was fine. My concerns for a vegan restaurant that you would expect to be somewhere healthy is that the Ketchup contained high fructose corn syrup. The Coke served in a bottle had high fructose corn syrup. Foods are prepared using GMO canola oil and the reason I comment on this is because I specifically asked about the type of oil used. For the pricing you should use a higher quality non GMO oil (example: avocado oil). For the ketchup and Coke, your restaurant should be serving the products that historically use cane sugar. High fructose corn syrup is very bad for humans and cane sugar is a better alternative. I’ve been to other restaurants where the more suitable products are served although a little more expensive to buy. Your menu prices are already high so buy the better products and serve them to your Vegan customers!

The food is remarkable and management. However, the service has been mediocre both times at this location. I have been to three other Plantas, and this one needs to train staff more. It will be worth the food if you don't mind subpar service and have time to spare. I waited 48 minutes last time to be acknowledged. I would recommend takeout.

Food was very good. There are so many options to choose from. We had sushi rolls that were very fresh and tasty. The wine was excellent and service was very good except for the woman server who brought out the sushi, when we asked for wasabi and soy sauce ( standard served with sushi ) she rolled her eyes at us and stomped away. Not a good showing. Anyhow, we will definitely will return.
