This is the second establishment of the Plane & Level brand, with its original location in the landmark town of Old Town Spring, Texas. Led by the acclaimed Culinary Director Chef Orlando Amaro and the talented Sommelier/Winemaker Thomas Perez, our restaurant brings a unique coastal dining experience to the Gulf Coast.

Had such a wonderful time here. Fresh bread and Beef tartare were excellent dishes. The filet was amazingly tender and the salmon dish was bright and flavorful. For dessert the gelato sampler is fun and the chocolate torte was rich and delicious. The service was very well done and Laura was attentive, knowledgeable, and took great care of us. We sat on the single patio table available and it was so fun! We will be back.

The food and service were outstanding. Each dish was carefully prepared to create a multi layered explosion of flavors. All of the staff was friendly and attentive. Being very sensitive to decibels I appreciated the sound dampening panels around most of the dining area. It fosters a feeling of intimate dining with conversations rather than everyone competing to talk across the table over a loud music. I loved it!

Our second visit was even better than the first. Excellent service and the food was amazing.

We had a great time! It’s quaint and unique. Service was excellent, food and drinks were great. Highly recommend the French toast for brunch!

Such a good experience. Our waiter, Cole, was fantastic. He was knowledgeable about the wine and menu. I have celiac so eating is a challenge- we had ceviche and paella. I had no issues and both were fantastic. Will definitely be back.

Wonderful find in downtown Fairhope! The Chef did an excellent job with the food and our drinks and wine pairings were on point! Will be a regular stop when we vacation here! Loved the ambiance and decor.

Fantastic evening and Plane & Level Coastal. Starting with the hostess, our waiter, and the bar tender. The food was especially delicious. We started with cocktails and charcuterie, then shared menu items including Solomillo (beef tenderloin), Croquetas de Jamon, and empanadas as shared tapas style. All prepared to perfection. Don't forget to have dessert and a fantastic cappuccino.

Fabulous. Great traditional Spanish cuisine taken to a sophisticated higher level. Impeccable service and ambience. I highly recommend it. My wife and I have been there twice already and can’t wait to go back.
