Our party of four had another delicious meal at Planchette. As always, they had three times as many specials as they have listed on their menu and every one of them sounded amazing. The rack of lamp special was fantastic as were all of the seafood dishes. A great little spot in Ambler for really good food.

Always a memorable visit. From the impeccable service and food to the comfortable dining room. I originally reserved outdoor seating but it was hot and asked if I could change to indoor seating and they were so friendly and accommodating. This is my new favorite.

Very pleasant and cozy setting, excellent service, quite large regular menu selection, and extensive list of special's. My wife and I loved seafood crepes, and it was good to share as appetizer. She had Gazpacho soup as main course, and she said it was delicious, my grilled swordfish with asparagus was just perfect! We were there in the middle of the week, and it was rainy evening, so there were only a few tables occupied, and perhaps because of that it was not noise at all.

The lobster bisque was cold and wasn’t lobster! The crepes are good but the overall pricing was too high.

We dined outside on the first cool night in weeks. Food & service were excellent, as usual. We have a "test" of service: leave the cutlery on the plate. Do they set it aside or replace it? They replaced it, which for us is a sign of good service.

Food is always good. Service was slower than usual and it was very loud. Air conditioning was not working as well as it should.
