Our waiter Daniel was wonderful! The salmon special of the day was absolutely incredible. My friends had the pork chop and the halibut. We all enjoyed our choices. Our cocktails were perfect to begin the meal. We had some fun ordering the Pornstar Martini for our birthday girl!

We enjoyed our 25th anniversary at Place Pigale last night. It was not our first time here and chose it for our special occasion because we love it here and it didn’t disappoint.

Place Pigalle is a hidden gem in Poke Place market. A cozy location, excellent cocktails, spectacular views, and a classic French menu make this my go-to restaurant when I am in town.

We hadn’t been to this restaurant in years, probably because it’s just hard to get to, parking etc. so we Uber-ed from Bellevue which eliminated the parking hassle of Seattle Pike’s Market area. We were a party of 4 and indicated our daughter’s 23rd birthday on our reservation. We were greeted by a very friendly hostess who had in mind a table by the window, but had to wait maybe 10 minutes for previous customers to finish dessert and pay. We waited at the bar which was so quaint and had a glass of champagne. Our table was ready and we were ushered to our seat with our drinks and the window shades were raised as the sun was now setting and our view was phenomenal! Best table in the house in this tiny quaint restaurant. The table is angled where each person has a view which is SO appreciated. It drives us crazy in some restaurants where the tables are lined up and two people are stuck looking at the wall. Anyway, worth the 10 minute wait for this table and view! The food and service were both top notch! My daughter and I started with a cup of the saffron clam chowder. WOW absolutely mind blowing flavors! My husband had the endive salad which he said was great too. For entrees the guys had the duck and I had scallops and my daughter had the salmon special. All were good but I am reminded a few scallops go a long way and I was too full to finish all of them. Accompanying vegetables were delicious and the presentation on the plate quite lovely. My daughter very much enjoyed her salmon dish which was also a pretty presentation. The only semi neg comment was from our daughter’s boyfriend who liked his duck dish but said it was a little “gamey” - but isn’t that the nature of ordering a wild bird dish? My husband however loved the duck entree. We will put this restaurant back on our rotation more frequently as it was overall a wonderful dinner experience!

The food was so delayed we were no longer Hungary and even after being told the mussels were on the stove it was 20 more minutes ! place Pigalle is no longer the place for which we have often made a special trip too dine.

Amazing views. Lovely food. Flawless service. We come here often and always enjoy it. Reserve in advance as the restaurant is not large.

An amazing dining experience to be had! We geared more toward the French classics and we were not disappointed in the least bit. The pate was incredible and the best escargot. We were seated kind of with the sun in our eyes and the staff went out of their way to increase our dining experience with umbrellas and our waiter was amazing. 10/10 would recommend

Highlight of our week in Seattle!! We had the most amazingly memorable lunch outside looking at the water, eating excellent food and enjoying the delightful Mama T's service and stories! The mussels were a highlight, as were the French dip and salmon. Highly recommend!

We very much enjoyed our dining experience at Place Pigalle, a quaint French restaurant just steps from the famous Pike Place Market where they throw the fish. The ambience is cozy and welcoming, the view of Puget Sound is lovely (through smallish windows), the service is friendly and informative, and the food....delicious. We had the mussels appetizer, which came in a rich, dark gravy that included bits of bacon. That was probably the highlight of the meal. We also had the seared scallops, the crab cakes, and the halibut. Everyone loved their dishes and cleaned their plates. If you are in a rush, this place is not for you, as there was essentially one server for the entire (small) restaurant, and her assistant. I did not find the place overly noisy as some have reported; however, the place was not full the night we dined there. It is pricey--especially the wine--but well worth it.
