P.J. Clarke's at Tioga Downs Casino Resort is a little taste of the big apple with an upstate, New York small town charm combined with a Resort full of fun. Although the restaurant is fairly new at Tioga Downs Casino Resort, the name P.J. Clarke's is a legend in New York. So in the original P.J. Clarke's words we're serving up "Fresh food, frosty drinks and good, old-fashioned conversation." P.J. Clarke's is know for their delicious burgers, such as our Cadillac Burger (double smoked country bacon, onion, American cheese, and bread & butter pickle) but we are not your average burger joint. Add in a full fresh Raw Bar with the best seafood in town and a master at shucking, the best Maryland Crab cakes, to die for French Onion Soup, Juicy USDA grass fed steaks, and much more! Our experience at P. J. Clarke’s was outstanding. The service was exemplary. Our waitress, Mattison, was friendly, cheerful, knowledgeable and very accommodating. The food was tremendous. I had the petite filet, and my wife had the prime rib. Both were done perfectly, the way we ordered, and absolutely delicious. The sides were very tasty, and the presentation on all the dishes was very tasteful. The price was definitely in line with what should be expected for a fine dining experience. The only negative, and it was understandable, was that the noise level was a little high, due for the most part by proximity to the bar. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a fine meal at a reasonable price.

For the first half of our dining experience, we were enjoying drinks, food & atmosphere then an extremely intoxicated person was seated next to us and the entire experience changed and was very disappointing.

I ordered the seafood risoto. There was NO cheese in it. The watress was kind enough to hring me some grated cheese (not fresh). For $38 it was very disappointing. My husband orfered the $42 scallops. He was shocked and disappointed when his meal arrived. 4 scallops.

We love PJ Clarke’s! The bartender, Amy, is AMAZING! Our favorites on the menu are the oysters, seafood risotto, filet mignon with Brussel sprouts and garlic fries and the Mac and cheese. Can’t go wrong with any of those!

We had great food! It was just a very busy night to attend. We were at the restaurant for almost 2 hours, but still had a great experience. I have never seen the restaurant that busy before. Again, food was great & service was good.

We went for our anniversary and everything was perfect. I had one of the better steaks I've ever had and the service was top rate! The manager even came out and wished us happy anniversary. We will definitely go back again.

Very nice restaurant excellent waitress Madeline we have had her wait on us twice she’s the best! Food is great never disappointed! Keep up the good work!

Pjs is the best. Excellent food and service. Chelsea is one of the best servers I’ve ever encountered. She’s efficient, very polite- she makes your dining experience the best it can be. We live in CA and come to NY for summer vacation each year and always look forward to PJs. Tony Skelly July 17th 2024

Living in Canada, it was our first time back since Covid. Ordered the beef short ribs and they were fabulous! Our server Madison(sp?) was outstanding. She was informative and attentive and very pleasant. If we make it back down to Tioga again soon, we will ask for her section. Everything was great.
