P.J. Clarke's at Tioga Downs Casino Resort is a little taste of the big apple with an upstate, New York small town charm combined with a Resort full of fun. Although the restaurant is fairly new at Tioga Downs Casino Resort, the name P.J. Clarke's is a legend in New York. So in the original P.J. Clarke's words we're serving up "Fresh food, frosty drinks and good, old-fashioned conversation." P.J. Clarke's is know for their delicious burgers, such as our Cadillac Burger (double smoked country bacon, onion, American cheese, and bread & butter pickle) but we are not your average burger joint. Bread sticks were microwaved and got hard as a brick within 5 mins. Soup taste was good but not hot, didn't microwave it long enough. The salmon was good I would not go back and it was over priced.

Unfortunately due to it being a holiday the service was extremely slow. We ordered a bottle of wine which sat on our table for 15 minutes before someone came to open it up. We got our salad and within two minutes our entrées were there, we are at a tiny little table so there was no room to put anything. I understand with it being Valentine’s Day there was limited seating but that is the reason I made this reservation three weeks ago. I ordered the salmon, it was very dry and overcooked. Don’t think we’ll be returning there anytime soon

My wife had the filet mignon and I had the scallops. Both were great! Sides were also excellent. I would recommend this for a special dinner

I had the prime rib, and it was excellent. My husband had the scallops and they were delicious as well.

Went there on New Years Eve 2024, first time going. Food was just not good, it was awful. Service was not good either, waited forever for the food to come, waitress never brought me what I asked for, never asked if we wanted any refills. Chicken was so dry it was tough to chew. Shrimp was old. Will never go back again

The food was outstanding! My wife had the prime rib, which she said was delicious. It was a VERY good sized portion. I had the petite filet, which was one of the best I have ever had. Our waitress was Chelsea, and she was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable of all the items we asked about on the menu. Overall, the experience was truly wonderful.

Service was great. Our server was super nice and attentive. Food was quality was subpar, flavorless and expensive. We’ve ate here about a year ago with a great experience. This time, the food was very disappointing. Restaurant was clean, but the rest of the casino was not. From the elevator waiting area and halls to the restaurant needed a lot of attention.
